Newly renovated, large beach house in a great neighborhood on the bay side. 2 minutes south of the causeway. (Easy on - Easy off). 5 min walk, 2 minute bike ride to beach (beach wagon at the house!). Two blocks to great restaurants, ice cream, Ship Bottom Shellfish, Ship Bottom Ice Cream, and our favorite: Burger 25. Beach Haven, amusement parks, water parks, and Bay Village are a ten minute drive south. It's a nearly perfect location!

DOWNSTAIRS:

NOTE: if you want to have a GIANT private master suite, with a private deck, private bath, and private sitting room, you can use it this way - just use the sitting room door as the "door to the suite" and lock it for privacy. We set it up so it can be used either way, depending on the size of your party.

House is centrally air conditioned - three zones. Front porch has two ceiling fans for those lemonade and sunset evenings! House has no less than 7 brand new smoke/co detectors upstairs and downstairs. Wonderful upgraded bright lighting throughout the house!

Great walkable neighborhood with a connecting set of back streets running along the bay that are rarely driven on - great for biking and walking. House is just steps from the bay, and faces the bay from almost every room in the house. House is on a very spacious corner lot. Room on the front lawn to throw a ball, or play frisbee. Backyard has been redone with a full stone paver patio, brand new heated saltwater pool, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great and relaxing beach week. There is a box of pool toys, and there are beach toys in the garage, including 5 adult beach cruiser bicycles, and one kid's bike. There is a beach wagon, some umbrellas, even some bike locks and sand anchors for the umbrellas and.......

KAYAKING AND WATER ACCESS: A one minute walk from the front door, there is a sweet little park facing the bay, which is a great place to hang in the evenings. But, the park has a tiny secret - in the form of a tiny public beach that provides "zero entry" with enough space to launch a paddleboard or a kayak, or just to play in the bay with some toys. So the BIG NEWS is that we are going to include 2 KAYAKS in the garage for guests to use. So, bring the kayaks up the street, and launch into the bay! Also, there is a wonderful bay beach that is a 2 minute drive from the front door as well, or a five minute bike ride.

ACME Supermarket is about 7 minutes drive to the south. Beach Haven and Bay Village are an easy 10 minute drive to the south - (shops, restaurants, fireworks, water park, Fantasy Island amusement park) plus at least 4 mini golf courses are within a six minute drive.
