Welcome to The NightinGayle! Located conveniently between I-75 and Downtown Lexington, this suburban oasis is perfect for your next trip to the Bluegrass. In ground pool, hot tub and more to enjoy all the outdoors have to offer! The main level boasts a large eat in kitchen and dinning area big enough for the whole group! Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level is the perfect place to hang out and watch some TV and also has an extra bed, incase needed.

*Pool is open April 1st through October 31st. Hot tub is open year round.

House layout was great. Kitchen was large and table sat all of us comfortably. Heating/cooling of the house was easy and worked well. The outdoor closed in porch was nice as well. The location worked out perfectly for us as we were in town for Parents Weekend at University of Kentucky. Overall great stay, would book again if needed.

Perfect property for our visit to Lexington with adult children. Our visit included a family wedding and was the perfect location to have some relaxing family time. Very clean, appreciated the pool time and stocked kitchen appliances. Huge Thank you.

Great place to stay

It was a great stay in this fantastic property. The house was perfect, we all enjoyed the pool everyday. This was the best stocked property we have ever stayed in and the property owners even had crumbl sent over one night for my family. It was an overall wonderful experience with really really good hosts.

Lexington Horse Tour

House worked well for our needs. Hot tub and pool were a hit with the kids despite the weather. House was clean. AC worked well. Would choose this property again if it all worked out.

Splash

The property was exceptionally clean and user friendly. The pool was a welcome addition since the weather was super hot and humid. All of the floats for the pool were enjoyed by everyone. The kitchen was so big that all of the cooks could have their own space. Great property. We even saw a groundhog who we assumed ate the strawberries.

Comfortable fun stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Lexington. The outdoor area was really wonderful. There's a screened in porch with doors leading out to the pool. Traveling with small children this was really nice and made us feel more safe. The house is a split level, so the bed that's in the living room feels more private than we thought that it would. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to a problem that we had right away. The location was good for us. There were plenty of towels which was really nice.

Relaxing Vacation

This property had plenty of space for our family of four. The bedrooms were a nice size and the kitchen was fully stocked with items we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool, hot tub and screened in porch. We would recommend this property for others to stay at as it was conveniently located to many sites and restaurants in the Lexington area. We hope to visit again soon.

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Great house. Clean. Well-appointed. All the little things you need like basic condiments, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, etc. Nice beds…great parking…and a HUGE table for family meals.

We were a group of 4 friends. House was plenty big for all of us. Pool and hot tub were the highlight. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Kentucky exploring

Four friends and I made the trip to Lexington for a football game. The house was roomy, very clean and had a nice pool/hotub. It was too chilly to swim but was nice to hang out in the back by the pool. Checkin was easy and the host very responsive. I’d recommend the property and would stay here again if in Lexington.

Comfort and cleanliness

The house was very accommodating and clean. We felt right at home. The pool and porch were the highlight. The kitchen was very well supplied with cookware. Kevin responded immediately with information.

Enjoyable

The property was close to shopping. We really enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of dishes and silverware for all of us, even if the dishwasher was full!! Towels & wash cloths were provided and plentiful. We appreciated that soap, shampoo & toilet paper were also supplied. What a homey touch to have baskets available for use! A travel crib & high chair were listed as amenities, but we didn’t find them on the property. Not a big deal because we brought our own. We would stay here again.

Great property for entertaining

The property was ideal for our group. The kitchen boasts a gas stove and a large counter space. The “man cave” was a cool spot to be but the dining table was our main gathering space. The screened in porch was a nice surprise and made for a peaceful spot for enjoying a cup of coffee. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub but we did throw a football around in the grassy area in the back yard. We even enjoyed peppering the volleyball a bit in the front yard! The host was very responsive and accommodating to my requests. Check in was a simple process since it has a keyless entry.

It was ok

The pool had 2 dead mice in it. The silverware drawer was broken. The hot tub didn’t work because of the rain and when I sent a message the manger responded the next day. They had a bag is smelly ice in the freezer. The freezer also had broken drawers. The beds were comfortable,the patio leaked. Much of the patio and pool furniture was broken. Not really impressed. Asked for some money back and they said they would get back to me. That was a week so so I guess that is a no.

Overall nice stay!

The house was exactly as listed, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. Super cute, very well decorated (my friend is dying to know the name of the paint in the first room on the left upstairs). The property manager/owner was very responsive to my messages, there was an issue with VRBO not sending me the code for the door for checking in but we received it within minutes of messaging. Our only complaint is that our stay was less than 48hours, and during that time we had the lawn people come cut grass and the pool people come twice. Now we did get warning of the one pool guy but no heads up that anyone else was coming out. It was a bit disruptive and as a group of females it would’ve been nice to know in advance that 2-3 men were headed into the backyard pool area and through the house to get to the garage.

Quick trip to Lex

We enjoyed our stay in Lexington! Rooms look just like the pictures and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom situation was a bit difficult for our group but we made it work! Enjoyed having coffee in the mornings in the screened-in porch.
