Cama de matrimonio en este sereno dormitorio principal que se asegurará de dormir bien después de un día en la playa o de ver una película en la pantalla plana que ofrece esta unidad. La litera de tamaño doble en el vestíbulo es el lugar perfecto para que hasta el pequeño tenga su propio espacio.
La sala de estar ofrece un sofá cama y 2 sillas cómodas donde puede descansar y relajarse mientras observa un delfín o dos.

The view from the balcony was great. The condo itself was not well maintained and unwelcoming. The carpet was gross, the couch was stained, bed was uncomfortable. Even the keypad to the door was corroded and welcome mat torn. The pool was in the parking lot, which was odd but it was clean and heated. The parking lot is on a slope and was difficulty for my friend to manage with a cane.Having beach chairs and umbrellas was nice and the beach and water were beautiful.

Great location

The location is amazing. It isn't a large resort, so the beach wasn't crowded. Having the free chairs, and, umbrella made going to the beach 100% easier. I would stay again. This is an older unit, so it isn't updated. It was very clean and maintained

This was an amazing stay! Location was perfect, property was stocked with everything we needed, clean. We will be crank again. I recommend that you stay on 3rd floor or higher due to the view, 1st floor you would only be able to see the sand dunes. Will be back soon!

Accommodations are a Gem

Very impressed with the balcony views of the gulf, especially the sunrises and sunsets. That is the most outstanding feature of these accommodations. For a two-week stay in March this unit provided everything required to be self-sufficient, including a washer and dryer which we used often. No need to pack a lot of clothes! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation in an ideal location.

Annual Beach Trip, first stay @ this condo

My only compliant was that the sofa bed was broken, there's no way you could sleep on it, so my daughter slept on the sofa as is. 4 stars for the sofa bed!

Needs updating but overall was nice

The property was nice and clean.The beach was clean. I love that we were provided chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen has very basic cooking supplies. We needed a whisk several times but there wasn’t one. The couch was horrible and needs replaced. Do not expect to be able to check in at 4:00 p.m. It was 6:00 before we received our door code. Overall, I would probably stay there again if we ever go back to Okaloosa Island.

Beautiful Relaxing Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo for our family of 5. It was clean and smelled great when we first arrived. Brooks and Shorey has always been great to work with and we received the code easily for check-in. I’ve stayed at numerous condos at Ft Walton, but this condo location has probably been my favorite! It wasn’t crowded at all since the building isn’t very big. The condo itself wasn’t anything fancy, but that’s okay, because we spent a lot of time at the beach. The kitchen had what we needed, the large bathroom double sink was perfect for our family, and the water pressure in the shower was great (this is a big deal for me). We will definitely return to Emerald Towers West in the future. My only suggestion would be to add some more plastics for the kitchen for kids. With the coffee table and dining table being glass, the glassware just made me nervous. Parents, you may want to purchase solo cups and paper plates.

Emerald Towers West was great! The reviews on this rental were accurate. The sofa was really bad so we didn’t sit on it and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Didn’t want to leave a review but I continued receiving a email asking so I’m just being honest. Sadly many travelers fill the same but the response is they can’t please everyone 🤷‍♀️ The unit was well stocked in the kitchen and clean which were really appreciated. Perfect location, gorgeous views and extremely convenient parking and accessing your room. Wish the owners would just update at least those two most important areas to make this the ultimate room😊

Amazing location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is right on the beach!! The location is amazing Loved the layout of the unit. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was stocked with enough to do everything we needed. Balcony oncould use new chairs. They are starting to tear. I wouldn’t say it was hot in the unit but The air didn’t get as cool as I like. Unsure how well it would cool I mid summer when it’s really hot. Prior reviews left mixed statements about the mattress. It is a good mattress just firm. I prefer a softer mattress but we slept fine Overall I would recommend this unit with the slight hesitation of the air during mid summer

Furniture was as pictured, the view was very nice and it was awesome to have chairs and an umbrella every day. The only downfall to the trip was the place needs some TLC. There are spots of the ceiling paint coming off, one of the hand towel holders by the sink just fell off the wall, the garbage can in the bedroom was fully cracked in half and we had a roach. I called the property people about the roach and the towel holder who told me they would have people come fix/spray, but those people never showed up during our stay. I get that roaches are a thing down there and they can sneak in when you open a door. However where we are from we don’t have them and it really freaked out my family member’s and it did make all of us feel really dirty and paranoid about bringing them back home with us. So besides those things, it was an okay place to stay. Not sure if I would stay here again on our next trip.

We are sorry to hear this and that those things were not addressed during your stay. The HOA was notified same day you reported this. These issues have since been addressed. We hope you will consider coming back and possibly staying at one of the many other wonderful units we manage that would better suit your needs.

Beautiful views/needs updating

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time in 3 years my family has stayed in this condo. We absolutely love the views. The first time was just my husband and I, but we took our kids with us this time. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The kitchen itself is stocked well with the necessities. The unit overall was good, but could definitely use some updating. My kids complained about the beds on the bunk beds each night. They said that they were super uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa was the same. The head of the sleeper sofa would not stay up, so they had to sleep at the opposite end. Thankfully they are only 10/11 so they were just short enough that this did not cause any problems. The left side of the double sink for the bathroom was not useable. The stopper had been broken previously so the water would not drain. The bathroom could also use some updating as the tub was stained from previous tenants. Overall, we will book another condo through the company again, just not this condo.

Perfect!

This place was perfect for us. It was even a little bigger than we thought. From the view of the Gulf to the condo, this was one of the best stays we have had. No more going to Seagrove. This was better all the way around.

Comfort review

The only critique I have is that the beds were not very comfortable. Even the master headroom had a very thin mattress that was painful to sleep on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
