The Unfortunately the property pictures did not accurately portray the living room furniture. The comfortable recliner chairs were nowhere to be found in this unit. There was not a comfortable chair in the entire condo. Previous reviewers commented on the "sloping bed". That has not been corrected. It feels like you are going to roll out of the bed because it sags along the side.These are issues that the owners need to address.

Free beach service is so convenient. 4003 is a beautiful 1 bedroom unit with 1 large bathroom. We loved the roomy floor plan. Furniture in the living area is very nice and comfortable. We loved the balcony furniture. There is abundant storage available. The bunks in the hallway are not comfortable, thin and very hard. King bed in master is firm but comfortable. Booking is always simple and everyone is very helpful at Brooks & Shorey. I’ve used them for years.

Excellent All Around!

Check-in was very easy. Upon arrival, our unit was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We have recommended this to all of our friends and family!

Property had just what I was looking for, directly on the beach, balcony with beach view , easy access to the beach, Bed in bedroom was very comfortable Condo was very nice, small disappointment the pool is on the street side in pictures it made me feel like it was beach side, only down fall was bunk bed mattress need to be replaced my grands said they were like sleeping on the floor thank goodness for the pull out sofa bed Grandson was able to sleep on it and we were able to double up the mattress on bunk to make it comfortable for granddaughter,

Enjoyed the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs. Also enjoyed one complimentary sunset cruise. Only issue was the WIFI and cable went in and out several times on our first few days. Brooks & Shorey were responsive if we needed them.

Old friends trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice condo. It was equipped with with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of room for the 4 of us. However the beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced in one of the condo rentals. The master bed was so hard we had mostly sleepless nights all week. The bunk beds had a very strange cardboard type of box springs that was so loud every time you moved and I can’t even describe how uncomfortable it was. We had to buy a mattress topper to try to get some comfort and sleep. Believe it or not the hide a bed in the sofa was the most comfortable, snd that’s not really a compliment. The only chairs are the balcony we’re tall pub type, again uncomfortable. The condo was clean with nice furnishings. I really think some attention needs to be made to the beds for future guess.

It was a very nice property. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times, but it didnt effect my stay much at all. The Bed was to firm for me but the recliner was nice to sleep in. I would go back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location of this condo. It’s a smaller condo, so the beach was not crowded. The chairs and umbrella already set up for us was a wonderful addition. We loved the bed set up. It was nice to be able to have a smaller condo for a weekend stay but still have a bed for each kid. It was clean other than the bunk beds had a good bit of sand in them. The sheets were for sure fresh, so we think it may have been trapped in the top blankets. The condo itself is in need of some repairs. There were a few spots on the ceiling that were coming off and several spots on the walls that were damaged. There was also a chair with a leg bent so we were scared to us that chair. Overall the condo worked for what we needed, but we did feel like we overpaid for what we got.

However, the mattress needs to be replaced in the bedroom, the bathroom could use a paint job or a serious cleaning of the walls above and around the shower and the furniture in the living room and dining room are showing some wear. One of the chairs at the table has a leg that is unstable.
