Overall Great Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing time in Ft. Walton. The condo is close to lots of food, the Boardwalk is 5 minutes away and easy access to the beach. Great view from the 2nd floor balcony of the ocean. AC wasn't working when we got there but thankfully the weather was cool so no big deal and they came to fix it quickly without fuss! The two chairs that came with the unit were nice and they had someone to set them up each morning. The pull out couch is not comfortable very thin mattress/adults would not enjoy but for kids it was fine:) Heated pool and jacuzzi were favorites for the kids. Overall great unit, great location and would love to come back again!

IP213 Is A Great Getaway

The second floor view was great, though there was some concern on that before arriving. Easy access with stairs and an elevator close by. The layout was great four our two couples and everything was very comfortable. We'll definitely consider this property on our next trip. I would recommend the second bedroom be updated with curtains and a new bed frame for even better sleep. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place except for one thing. The first thing you see on the 2nd floor is an overflowing trash can. Out of seven days it was only not overflowing 1 day. No big deal to me but an eyesore very visible as soon as you arrive. Great place though.

The appliances don't match and the overall lighting is on the darker side in the bathrooms and living area. The front lights stopped working towards the end of our stay and the door handle to the patio began to come loose as well. Some maintenance and some updates would serve the room well. Condo was an easy walk to the beach and pool and the view was great. The included beach chairs and umbrella was convenient.

Beautiful views

Overall, the property was very nice. We were not able to lock the living room sliders but there was a piece of wood available to wedge it shut. Also, the one elevator was down the last few days. We loved having the chairs and umbrella available on the beach every day.

Great location!

Complex is in a great location. It is close to the beach. The view is amazing. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We had two different maintenance issues on two different days. Both times the office sent someone to take care of the issues within an hour.

Great condo and location

We really enjoyed our stay it’s in a great location and very nice to just be able to walk out to beach. Didn’t like that we couldn’t pick our spot on beach and the guest bed was not very comfortable but kitchen had everything we needed to save some money and cook at condo!!
