Great location for families

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

Beautiful condo, extremely spacious with 3 kids and 3 adults. The pool area is extremely nice at the condo as well.

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Beautiful beach condo

We LOVED this condo the minute we walked through the door. The First thing we noticed was the view of the ocean and it smelled so good like tropical coconuts. It had the cutest beach theme. We will definitely be back 😊

Summer Vacation

Great experience with the property management company. The condo was fantastic, comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation that we don't get every year since kids are older. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our second time vacationing in Florida, we will return.

Summer Place 302

The location on Okaloosa island was great, no huge crowds. Beach service was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for families. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio furniture was colorful and plenty of seating. View from patio is outstanding. We loved the condo, will try to come back.

We stay at summer place every year for near 10 years now. Never disappoints. Staff is terrific, location phenomenal! We brought our parents this year to celebrate their 60th Anniversary!!!! and they loved it! Thanks again! See ya next year!
