Un maravilloso condominio de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños en el lugar de verano en el 3er piso. Great location for families

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

We LOVED this condo the minute we walked through the door. The First thing we noticed was the view of the ocean and it smelled so good like tropical coconuts. It had the cutest beach theme. We will definitely be back 😊

Great experience with the property management company. Summer Place 302

The location on Okaloosa island was great, no huge crowds. Beach service was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for families. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio furniture was colorful and plenty of seating. View from patio is outstanding. We loved the condo, will try to come back.

This condo was totally repainted this past winter off-season and an upscale set of Polywood balcony furniture was also added. The condo has new owners, and it's up to them what they invest in their property, we'll be sure to get your comment through. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brooks and Shorey is great to rent through, but this wasn't my favorite condo rental. Loud to up to 1 in the morning, chair rental not helpful, bathroom needs update, but the facility was good and pools were always excellant

No compensation for repair

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the conference we were here for, we weren't able to access the master bath for an entire day and they offered nothing for it.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at Summer Place 302 - a lovely three bedroom unit with three full bathrooms. However, the leaky toilet in the unit above that we do not manage was fixed within an afternoon and unfortunately was out of our hands.
