We enjoyed our stay with 14 people. The living room/kitchen area was cozy and we enjoyed hanging out there. Overall the house was nice!

Good location to town. Had everything we needed inside. Could have been cleaned a little better. Good spot for swimming off the dock.

This is a large space that can host many people. The home is older, and it is located on a lake. As such, it has a strong musty smell when you first arrive. This was not a problem for our group of guys but other groups that might have female guests along could be bothered by that detail. Overall, it is a beautiful property situated on a very quiet cove of Lake of the Ozarks.

Homes located in natural lake environments, especially older ones, can occasionally develop a more earthy scent due to humidity and surroundings, and we continue to take steps to manage and improve that as best as possible. House was quite small for stating it sleeps 16. With living area having bunk beds in it. House was not clean as you would expect , coffee rings on tables, dust bunnies so big we named them. Outside the area for fire pit had weeds. There was downed limbs in yard and patio had not been swept for awhile. Very disappointing for us. The price to us seemed over priced for area. Also there is a bridge right next to property so you get to listen to the highway of Jake breaks and police sirens all day and night. Not very relaxing at all. There was a very small charcoal grill on the property thank goodness because the blackstone grill was rested and still dirty from last person rental. Wrote the host when we got there and sent pictures of the issues and all they said was sorry. For the money was definitely disappointing to say the least.

Found the property outside dirty and full of cobwebs. We cleaned it ourselves. No kayak as mentioned in the amenities. Luckily we brought one along. The kids enjoyed being in the water. Furnishings were nice except very worn. The kitchen was stocked well. Overall stay was okay.
