This craftsman bungalow exudes California style with unique architecture and modern upgrades to the interior.

Close to 3 major freeways, the city is at your finger tips! 10-15 minutes by car and you are at the beach, downtown, or the zoo. Do not miss out on experiencing San Diego from this home base!

A private front yard (porch with swing), driveway, and backyard oasis are all part of what makes this home special.

This is a 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom property. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, pillows, and extra blankets.

The rear bedroom provides passthrough access to the backyard. A lockable door for this bedroom provides privacy as needed.

A back house occupies the rear corner of the lot, but there is no shared access or cross over between tenants of each individual unit.

Lovely Stay

Neighborhood was great and walkable to restaurants, coffee and bars. House was comfortable and clean exactly the home base we needed for our stay in San Diego. Kevin was an excellent host and provide lots of excellent recommendations for us on where to do breakfast, dinner, etc. Would definitely stay in this home again!

Family San Diego Trip

We stayed a night in San Diego as part of family vacation and this house was close to everything we enjoyed a day at the beach and toured the Midway. The house was 15 minutes from it all. Very cute house and communication was easy and the neighborhood has stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Best Stay in San Diego!

We visited family over the weekend and found the Cali-Craftsman home to be such a delightful stay. The property had everything we needed, including a spacious backyard to enjoy the summer evenings. The location was close to both downtown and La Mesa where we met up with family. Kevin's style embodied the Cali vibe and he was great at communicating along the way. As a San Diego native, I loved the map in the dining area and the "monkey light." Whimsical fun!

Perfect San Diego getaway

My family and I had a wonderful trip to San Diego and enjoyed our time at Kevin’s house. The house was perfect! Rooms were a good size, loved that they were all queen beds, and the common areas were very large! Beautifully decorated and the backyard was equally as peaceful. We highly recommend this home for a centrally located stay in San Diego. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful property!

This was a perfect place for my family of 5. We loved the yard! It is so close to a lot of the San Diego attractions we were visiting. The beds were so comfortable. Kevin proactively messaged us a few different times to make sure we had all the information we needed. Just a perfect stay that made our vacation that much better.

Loved everything about it

We had 5 in our party, from 19-85. Kevin was fabulous and very responsive to any questions. The yard...oh, the yard...so pretty and green and many spots to get in or out of the sun and play corn hole...with little white lights at night. The house was spotless and pictures are accurate. Super great location to walk around the neighborhood or onto Adams Ave. While we felt the driveway for our minivan rental was just too narrow for our comfort, there was plenty of street parking, for sure! We will be back! ...oh, and the font porch swing - that was great!

Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed at Kevin's property over spring break and everything about it was lovely. The backyard was so inviting and wonderfully designed. We enjoyed eating outside and playing with our kids in the yard. The neighborhood was conveniently located with only a 15 minute drive to major tourist destinations. The variety of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks again!

MCRD graduation

We really enjoyed our stay here, we would definitely recommend it to anyone. The location was great close to MCRD, Downtown, and The beaches. The house was cozy and had an awesome backyard. Next time we will be in SD we will try to stay here again. The host was vey accommodating and and was vey personable.

Great place to enjoy San Diego!

Check-in was super easy. The home is in a great location and the back yard was amazing with multiple gathering areas with things to do. I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego and enjoy the beautiful weather and outdoor living.

Fantastic

We were in town for 3 nights and really enjoyed staying here! The house was comfortable and immaculate, the backyard was peaceful, parking was easy, and it was a short walk to a variety of restaurants and stores. Great communication with the host along the way as well. Thanks for having us Kevin!

Great spot, amazing back yard.

Place is great, owner is great. Great communication. A few things you should know The driveway isn't that wide. But it's amazing it even has a parking spot in this area and it's long. In order to get to the backyard you have to walk through the back room. But again no big deal just a heads up. Also amazing it has a washer and dryer. Me and my family loved it. Thanks for letting us stay
