The villa is situated within a gated complex that includes pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness room and a beachside playground.

The main attraction of a beach property vacation is, of course, the beach itself. The sound of crashing waves creates a peaceful ambiance, perfect for unwinding and leaving your worries behind. Our host was easily accessible and answered all the questions we had. The unit was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the amenities of Island Club and will be back again! Hilton Head is one of our favorite places to visit.

Nice Getaway

We love the Island Club facility for a family vacation on Hilton Head with kids and grandkids. This property is on first floor, which is wonderful, and located beautifully with easy access to beach and pool (less than one block to each). The condo has plenty of space for the two of us and the bed is comfy. Having 1 1/2 bathrooms is nice. The owner Marc is extremely responsive and nice. As with many of the condos here, the unit could use some updating, but the cleanliness is superb.

Birthday trip

Lovely place with everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach. Conveniently located to everything on the island. We loved all the bike paths around HHI. The owner was great to check on us and make sure we settled in and needed anything.

Perfect location, lovely condo!

Our family of 3 had a lovely stay at this condo. The condo was very cute, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect. Able to walk to the beach everyday. Check in and out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Hideaway

We had an excellent stay. Island Club is centrally located, quiet and we loved our days at the pool. Any beach items you might want are in the unit, so no need to purchase your own or lug them to/from with you. The condo was clean, comfortable and worked well for the two of us. The extra seating areas and additional nooks and crannies helped maximize the space.

Amazing Little Getaway

Overall everything looked exactly like the photos! The place was nice & clean & had the perfect amount of room for me & my husband to stay! We loved the view of the pond/fountain! We also loved the beach access & the pool was very nice & clean! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful experience!

My children and I chose ro go out of state to an ocean for the first time. We found the property to be clean, accommodating, and like a home away from home. Our property manager was fantastic to work with from beginning to end! And the kids and I will be back!

Relaxing Stay at Island Club Resort

The owner is amazing! Mark went above and beyond and responds quickly to any questions. Checked on us during our stay and was always helpful and kind. Rental is accurate to the online photos. Daybed was perfect for my 4 year old and she slept very well. Bed was comfortable and nightlight provided helped her sleep in a new environment. Kitchen is equipped with basic items needed for stay. Ice maker in fridge was a plus and greatly appreciated. Master bedroom is comfy and bathroom was new and clean. Lots of towels/ linens provided as well as a washer and dryer that worked great! Beach items (cart and umbrellas) provided worked perfect for a day at the beach. Lots of spaces to eat and enjoy the view. Light blocking curtains helped during times we wanted to rest/sleep. I would recommend this listing for couples or those with 1 or 2 kids. Resort is quiet and pools were not crowded. Walk to beach or pool is very short from unit. Thank you for a great stay! * Only note/ recommendation would be a shower with a hand held sprayer. Would be very helpful for those with little ones since this unit does not have a tub.

Thanks for an amazing stay!

Unit owner Mark was very helpful and responded promptly to questions. The unit was beautiful, clean and had every basic thing plus extras we needed. His unit was conveniently located in the island, very close to the beach, pool and playground. When we go back to HHI, we will definitely book Mark’s place again.

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Surfside Hideaway! The condo is beautiful, it had everything we could possibly wanted and we felt like home! It was clean, very quiet and the large porch was great for breakfast every morning and for our 2 years old to play outside. The walk to the beach is very short and the pool is right next to the building! I don't have enough words to say how much we loved it! We are already planning our come back next year! Mark is a great host, he sent us all the info in time, the check in was smooth and Mark checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend Surfside Hideaway to anyone who is looking for a place walking distance to the beach and yet quiet and homey!

Unit was nice . I would stay there again. The following are concerns. Outside unit light not working. Very dark going down steps. Did not like having no option on the va k gear. Paid for a given credit. Did not like that.

We LOVED our stay

The place was very clean, beautiful inside. My girls loved the extra nook with daybed, they loved the deck eventhough it rained. The walk to the beach was super easy & quick. The best part was the great quick communication with the property manager. We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 140 Island Club was an exceptional rental. Only a few minute walk to the beach. It is nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. Island Club- A beautiful 27 acre, beach front community overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on the “heel” of paradise, also known as Hilton Head Island. This quiet corner of Hilton Head, which is one of the top vacation spots in the US, is just minutes away from the “tourist attractions” of Hilton Head, but far enough that when you come home to the Island Club, you know you’ve left the tourist spots behind and are truly in a blissful beach front slice of heaven.

Our one bedroom villa is on the ground floor and has an amazing wrap around deck. The ground floor access makes it easy to bring in luggage or groceries utilizing the side porch entry. The 881 sq ft size are enough to provide some separation and yet feel cozy
