Surround yourself in a garden and relax in this peaceful cottage. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or detox in the sauna (no hot tub available for use). Treat yourself! You’ll enjoy ad-free Hulu, high-speed internet, spacious setting, desk area and full bathroom with washer and dryer.

Minutes away from attractions so it's easy and quick to enjoy the sights and experiences of the city.

The space
Spacious one bedroom cottage with tropical decor. A coffee bar sits beneath a large, smart HD TV that you can put your favorite streaming apps on. There is a river rock floor master bath with fun lighting that can change colors with the touch of a button.
Guest access
Guests have access to the cottage, barbecue grill, pool and sauna. There is not a hot tub available for use.

The space is in a great central location.

Our historic South Highland neighborhood is fun and safe to walk around and admire the gorgeous, architecturally interesting homes and be surrounded by trees and nature.

- 4 minute WALK to the world famous and much loved STRAWNS Eat Shop. Get yourself a strawberry icebox pie from “that pie place” and enjoy the murals
- 2 minutes to Fat Calf Brasserie, famous Marilynn’s Place (brunch and beignets, anyone?) and historic homes on Fairview Ave

Clean and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, easy heating and cooling, big bathroom and even a washer/dryer. It was like staying in a tiny house. Working with Grant was easy and he was available for anything we needed. I would love to stay here sometime in warmer weather and enjoy the pool. It's a beautiful backyard area.

Shreveport Stay

My husband and I stayed at Grant’s and Lauren’s property in November 2023. Their place is absolutely awesome. I enjoyed (and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood, each day, looking at the beautiful foliage and restored homes. The instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and easily managed, even after dark. Grant messaged quickly to ensure we had no issues. It was obvious that no corners were cut with furnishings ( washer/dryer, bedding, HOT shower, climate control, ample outlets/charging stations). When I return to the area, I will definitely try to stay at their property.
