Nice place close to the beach

Nice place very clean seemed to be an older crowd which was wonderful for our family. Nice pool easy parking all around great experience.

Wonderful stay!

This place was so wonderful. Checking in was a breeze, and the location was great. We had a small problem with the fridge when we first checked in, but the property manager was very responsive, and the problem was fixed quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing

We had a great stay at the Lahana Sunset. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The view from the porches are beautiful.

Hawaii 2022 Anniversary

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. If we walked out the back door we could see the ocean and took only a few minutes to walk across the street to the beach. We love our stay.

Great location!

Great location with a slight ocean view off the back patio. Easy walking distance to a wonderful beach with turtles, waves, and whale watching (in winter). Asked for a few supplies and received them quickly!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Kahana Villa

Would recommend this place it was perfect for us and we liked the location …easy to take off exploring. It was spacious, clean, close to the beach, and had all the comforts of home. The staff on site were super friendly. We often enjoyed the nightly sunsets while sitting on the beach across the street. Dave & Dianne

Kahana Villa

The location and condo are both nice. The condo could use a freshen up with paint and a few minor details to make it a little more comfortable but otherwise it’s great. The cooler and beach accessories were a nice bonus but the beach chairs are broken. We would stay here again!

Worth price and location

Seamless staying experience from booking to check-out. Would recommend anyone looking for drama free vacation. Only advice is to take care of small insects, bit too much to handle for younger one.

The property is worn out The decor is old In the open area is a broken down cherry picker , about 20 feet tall and 15 feet wide The pool area is nice but the pool temperature is 75 degrees Overall OK but we believe we paid for great

Simple, clean, easy walk to the beach.

Pros: Good value, nice pool, good amount of cooking items, plates, etc. Short walk to a few shops, food, etc. Short drive to kanapalli/ lahina. We would stay again. Cons: noisey wall ac that is far from yhe bedroom, although we were never too hot. You can hear the traffic on the main road above.

Cozy 1 bedroom

This one bedroom was perfect for our stay in Maui. The fans were able to keep the unit cool with the breeze. Was thankful to find a small fan in the closet to use at night to keep the bedroom cool while sleeping. Would rent this unit again.

Beautiful and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. However, it does not have air conditioning. We were there in the Fall and we were still very hot. We had to buy an additional fan to sit in front of. It has easy access to the beach and cute Kahana neighborhood.

Kahana Villas

Our stay at Kahana was really nice, the area is amazing with beach access just across the street and other amenities very close or in walking distance. Due to awkward flight times we had to omit our last night because there was no flexibility from the owner on us extending our checkout time for a few hours the next day. Other than that I recommend!

A well kept property with a quick walk to beach

Certainly not new but very well maintained property. Directly across from the clean and beautiful pool/spa area. Could always find a parking spot close by. I did slipup and misplace the room key. When I called the property manager she was most concerned about making our stay as good as it can be.. A shout out to past renters, as this condo isn't all beat up with bunches of poor quicky repairs everywhere. Thanks for the great Maui experience!

Kahana Villa E210

Our stay at Kahana Villas was decent. The unit (E210) is like the pictures. It is older and could use some updating. We had ants the first couple days but used a spray that was there and no issues after that. The kitchen is stocked fairly well. Bed is comfortable. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Pool area is nice with bbq's. We enjoyed our stay in Maui. Seeing the devastation of Lahaina was hard and sad, yet know that the residents of Lahaina are strong and resilient.

If you are okay with slamming doors, loud talking in other languages, jackhammers, and powertools all morning starting at a little after 7am then this would be the perfect place for you. Have to enjoy ants, unpleasant temperatures, and no one to voice your issues with. Basically be okay with an unwelcome feeling at all times from the locals. Then this would be the perfect place for you

Awesome family trip

We stayed here for 9 days and had one of our best family trips. My two daughters 10 and 12 shared the pullout couch bed which went better than expected. We brought our own inflatable bed just in case but didn’t end up using it. I was able to bbq serval nights which helped save money. The apartment is in a great location with great snorkeling at the beach. We saw turtles every time we went out and the beach is a five minute walk. Pool is great to wash off before you go back to the apartment. I would recommend going to Costco, Walmart, & Target to grab groceries and other stuff. Safeway and other grocery stores are very expensive.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was missing a frying pan to cook eggs in the morning. When I brought this to the attention of iTrip, I had 3 new pans from Costco within a few hours. They were very responsive to several minor request. We liked the location, close to Napili, and a nice park across the street. We saw multiple turtles in the park. You could snorkel, and boogie broard there as well. A couple of minor issues were no Kleenex, a small bar of soap that was worthless after 2 days, and only 3 butter knives. They brought the tissue, and we didn’t ask about the knives, or soap. We got by. We certainly would stay again. Thank you, Dan and Kathy Gates

What a traveller dreams about

Hello! I wanted to write a review on your place as it was truly wonderful! We got a little note and a binder of all the wonderful places to visit in Maui. This was great as it was my bf's and I first time in Maui. The wifi worked perfectly. It was our first time renting a condo vs going to an all inclusive so we weren't sure what to expect. It was absolutely perfect. There was a fan above our bed (and the bed was so comfy) tons of space for all my suitcases and loads and loads of clothes (I pack for every instance but I literally only had on shorts or a bathing suit lol. The owners left a note apologizing that the previous renter had broken one of the blinds and was going to fix it after our stay so it was nice that they let us know about that. We for prime parking (for a park pass from main reception) in front of our place every day and the walk to the beach literally was 2 mins. After a night of generous rain thunder and lightening a walk to the beach was quite illuminating and I even got to see a Huge snail the size of my foot! (You would NEVER see this in Canada). There's a McDonald's a few blocks away so after our morning adventures to watch the sunrise we always got a cup of java from there (and maybe a few dinners too lol) the updated kitchen was a dream. The updated bathroom was amazing. The shower pressure was exactly what you needed after a long day of sun, snorkling and other adventures. We had a few neighbors that were fun to watch, geckos and toads. They were always out and about and it was so relaxing to watch them outside on the Lanae. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the interaction I had with the owners, to the booking agents and my actual stay. I don't think we will ever book an all inclusive again. To be honest, I have already booked our trip back to Maui and am now saving to book for our condo there. Thank you guys for the most memorable moments of my life. Something I will forever dream about. I can only hope that every other condo owner and management company can follow their example on how we were treated. Thanks again, Amanda Crossland
