We loved the serenity of the backyard and the vibe of the house. It was advertised well, and met our expectations. I was with my parents who are 85, myself 58, my son 29 and two small dogs.

Great Arroyo Grande house! Had absolutely everything we needed. Clean, nicely decorated. Back yard was magical. Perfect for dogs or kids. House is on a fairly busy street, but when you're in the beautiful yard, you don't notice it. Would definitely stay again and recommend for families.

Arroyo Grande property is Grand!

Great location central to all the sites. Beautiful landscaping and a wonderful gazebo in the backyard. The house was spotless and obviously well maintained. Plenty of room for two couples and a toddler

More than just the house

Wow! This place was a total surprise. We loved the house, but the truly amazing piece of this property is the backyard with three distinct hang out areas - and the best is the gazebo! With 5 different comfy chairs, we spent most of our time while at the house out there. I highly recommend anyone that really wants to have a good chat with four other people stay at this place.

Wonderful Stay in an Adorable Home

The home was exactly as listed. The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for my family. The backyard was amazing with plenty of room for entertainment, and was a unique feature to our stay. The only unfortunate thing was our stay was too short. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home with gazebo and beautiful yard

Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. Shower good. Plenty of room for a family. Kitchen was a bit small, but we made it work for cooking breakfasts. We loved being in the gazebo and the wonderful yard. Looks well loved. If we had needs they were quick to reply.

Great stay

Was really impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the indoor space. Big bedrooms and living space. Close to the beach and playgrounds, and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. Several great amenities and the entire thing was perfect for our family with two young kids and friends. Would absolutely book here again.

Nice Layout, Bonus Backyard & Gazebo.

Living-room, dining-room and fully equipped Kitchen have an open floorpan that works well. One end of the house has two bedrooms with an updated shared bathroom. In the opposite end of the house is another bedroom and a separate full bathroom. The entrance and front yard are nicely decorated and landscaped. There is a large, private backyard containing three separate seating areas, BBQ grill and heated Gazebo. The entire back yard is beautifully landscaped and has solar lighting. The glass enclosed Gazebo contains five oversized stuffed chairs...perfect to enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages. We were impressed with all the thoughtful details and would stay again.

Great home base for Exploring the area

We had an extended family vacation and the house was great for our needs. The backyard was also very inviting and beautiful... the screened in patio was a hit with the teenagers in the group.When an issue did pop up on the property the owner was very prompt in contacting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!
