Great place

Wonderful property , close to the beach! The space was larger than I thought and nicely updated. Rod was great to work with, answers questions quickly and was genuinely interested in how we were enjoying our vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet and Convenient Beach House

This condo was spacious, inviting, and comfortable. The sky lights brightened the rooms and the beach decor was homey and attractive. The walk to the beach was effortless which made it an ideal location. The manager, Rod, was very accomodating and pleasant. We would definitely go back!

Great location to the beach.

This property was perfect for us, the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils. The location was great for beach goers, especially when my daughter visited with two small children; she was able to go back & forth to property as needed. BBQ grill and yard was terrific. The only thing we missed was not having two bathrooms.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Rod is an excellent host. If you need anything while you’re staying he is right there to help. The beach is within walking distance away. We played games on our rainy day and also did a puzzle. The place was very cozy. With 7 people the only slight challenge was having only one bathroom. We made due with it though. Would definitely stay again! Very nice, relaxing place to stay at! Thank you!

Stayed for three weeks with wife and 4 kids (ages 4-12) Got to meet Rod, the owner and he is an exceptionally nice guy. Internet/cable went out in area and was quick to help. No issues at all. Location is incredible and place feels more spacious than pictures. Would not hesitate to recommend for a family vacation.

Even in Winter, a Visit to Brigantine is the Best

My wife and I rented the upper 2-br apartment of this lovely and conveniently located house. It was a wonderful experience and we encountered no problems. Management worked hard to ensure we were comfortable. Everything was in place for us. There was room to park my car so I could Uber to any casino or restaurant we wanted. I would choose this unit again the next time we plan to visit.

Comfortable, convenient and accommodating.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this clean and comfortable home. Rod was extremely accommodating, even when some of our party arrived several hours early for check-in. The condo is situated to facilitate a quick stroll to the beach, as well as local shopping and dining establishments. The availability of two off-street parking spots eliminated the worry of searching for nearby parking. We wish our stay could have been longer, and will definitely return when our future travel plans permit.

Wonderful Plan B

After our Maine and France vacations were cancelled by COVID-19, my husband, my parents, and I decided to go to the Jersey Shore for the week. This house was perfect as it was close to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. We were even close enough to the dog beach and could walk our dog there. The kitchen table had ample space, and we were able to accommodate my brother and his family when they visited for the day. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot!

Amazing

This house is SO close to the beach. It's like a long walk from the car to the beach. The condo is on the second story that has a private entrance on the back. It has a small deck to sit and relax. The best thing about this condo was that it was COMFORTABLE and was set-up well. You walk into the dinning area which has mats to clean your feet from the sand. You than walk into the kitchen then living room pass the bathroom to the two bedrooms which are on the street side. You can look out on window onto the ocean. The sofa was large and spacious, bed had fluffy comforter, appliances worked, large bathroom. It felt like you were visiting your Aunt's Condo. It had fun drink cups and ice already made. I visited in October during the week so literally it was just the locals. It was great. It was hot and no one was around. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Vacation!

This property is as advertised. It’s clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large and there is a washer/dryer in the unit which was key! The living room was also comfortable with cable TV and central air throughout. Rod is an awesome landlord. He is very responsive and accommodating to the needs of his renters. He is also a really nice guy! This place is great! We didn’t want to leave!

Great Place, Great Location

Place was clean and plenty of room between the living room, kitchen, and dining room to just hang out and relax. Only a street away from the beach. My friends and I were very pleased.

Rod was great - very accessible and accommodating. Our 2-wk stay varied in the # of guests each evening from just my husband and me to having 6 adults in total with our cat. We were very comfortable and loved being so close to the beach. Gas grill was great and ate on table in yard a few times. Looks nicer in person than in pictures!

It was very easy renting the unit. Everything is in place and clean. Going to the beach is just 2 min walking. The owner really makes sure you enjoy your vacations. If we come back to Brigantine we definitely will come back to this property.

Great place in Brigantine!

We had an awesome stay at Rod’s condo! From the beginning of booking our stay, Rod was a great host! He was quick to respond and very happy to help us. The place was perfect and looks exactly like the photos. It was clean, cozy, and really decorated beautifully. It felt like a perfect shore house! Though it seemed small at first, it wasn’t! We were able to have six people in the condo and everyone was comfortable. And since every room is spacious and with a TV, everyone had their own space if needed, which was good for nap time with the kids. We were less than a block from the beach, which was great! And only a few minute drive from food and stores, and driving in Brigantine is so easy because everything is pretty much on the main road. Brigantine has always been my favorite beach, and this condo did not disappoint! The only concern at first was that the stairs going up are kind of steep, and with two little kids I was worried we should had requested a bottom floor unit, but Rod let us know that there is a table, chairs, and a grill for our unit in the back yard which was perfect! We could still sit outside downstairs and we didn’t have to worry about the kids on the stairs or the deck— this access to the bottom floor was a great benefit!! Just because we were on the top floor, we still had a place to sit outside downstairs. That was awesome and not expected, but greatly appreciated! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with Rod again! If you’re looking for a nice trip to Brigantine, we highly recommend Rod’s condo. It is a beautiful place to enjoy the beautiful Brigantine beaches! Definitely book with Rod, you won’t regret it! Thank you, Rod, for your hospitality! Hope to see you next year!

Best home away spot

This place has everything you need and more .It is in a very quiet area and only 1/2 block away from the beach .Rod the owner is great I called him twice and literally got back to me within minutes to answer my question . I would definitely go back again. It felt like it was a home away from home .

Incredible getaway!

We had the best stay at this house that honestly felt like home! Beach was a block away and restaurants and sites only a short walk! We were lucky enough to bring our pups with us and they enjoyed their time their as much as we did! We will definately be back next year and have recommended this house to all of our friends and family that vacation in New Jersey!

I grew up in South Philly and am currently living in Galloway, NJ, about a mile from The Smithville Inn a place for tourist to have a delicious dinner as well as a popular shopping area with quaint specialty shops. For the delight of children and the young of heart, a great old fashioned Merry-go-round and miniature train with tracks throughout the grounds and a water view holding many different water fowl, located on Route 9 about 10 miles from Brigantine.

About a year after I was married, my parents purchased a building lot in a place called Brigantine, a place previously unknown to me, Dad had designed the house and then with little help built it.
Although I had favored Wildwood, NJ as a teenager, Brigantine was perfect for my expanding young family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I always enjoyed every aspect of the ocean: seeing the dolphins swim by, swimming, fishing, boating, walking the beach, the ocean breezes and breathing the ocean air. On occasion, I even enjoyed Scuba diving and snorkeling.
