The house can accommodate 7 adults + kids. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a large office desk, and a connecting private bathroom. The 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. The downstairs living area has a pull-out sofa that turns into a twin bed. There are 2 twin mattresses in the downstairs closet with bedding which can be turned into comfortable floor beds for kids.

This home is perfect for couples or families with children. The downstairs living area opens onto a large open play area with floor mats, perfect for young kids. The play area is equipped with a Montessori kitchen, table and chairs, and a bookcase filled with fun toys and books for both adults and children. THE MAX OCCUPANCY INCLUDES CHILDREN/INFANTS & ADULTS. RENTERS ARE NOT TO EXCEED THE OCCUPANCY MAX. THIS IS VERY STRICT!
Parking: The home allows up to four vehicles in the garage. No parking on the street or dirt areas. You will be issued a parking permit, which they must display on drivers side dashboard of your vehicle. “Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.
NO BACHELOR PARTIES OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!
We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license as proof of 25 years or older, per Douglas County VHR Code.
