Bienvenido a nuestro paraíso maya! Esta hermosa y espaciosa villa de 4 dormitorios es la casa perfecta para una escapada al Caribe. Se encuentra a una cuadra dentro de Playacar Fase I urbanización cerrada y literalmente a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la famosa Playa del Carmen 5ta Avenida. Esta casa muy bien equipada y cuenta con 4 habitaciones cada una con su baño privado. Mientras que la casa está al otro lado de la calle del océano, una vista al mar se puede ver en 3 de los 4 dormitorios. La casa también cuenta con un salón amplio y acogedor, y dos comedores que tendrá capacidad para 14 personas cómodamente. La cocina está totalmente equipada para sus necesidades de entretenimiento. La piscina privada hermosa está a sólo unos pasos. Cuenta con una parte más profunda para tomar una refrescante zambullida, así como una "parte menos profunda 6 para mantenerse fresco mientras se trabaja en
ese bronceado por excelencia! Hay una amplia piscina sillas y toallas de playa ... y una parrilla de gas para ofrecer la mejor experiencia de entretenimiento.

Lovely home, excellent location

Lovely large home for our family group of 10 with a beautiful pool. The sleeping arrangements, however, differed from the actual listing - no pull-out futons in master bedroom and bunk bed room was too hot for the kids to sleep in (no AC unit in this room). Location was excellent and very close to the beautiful beach and everything else we wanted to do, however, the streets were very noisy at night from motorcycles and trucks which seems unusual for a gated community. Sol and also our housekeeper Ellie were so nice to work with. Everyone enjoyed themselves - thank you!

You will love it!

It was 10 of us and it was such a good choice vs. a hotel or resort, which we usually do. Super spacious, we all had our own space and bathroom. Would gather downstairs when we wanted to and if not would go to our own space. Walking distance to anything you need about 5 minutes, including the ferry. You will not regret the place and location!

Great Experience

Casa Foto, was everything our family needed this weekend. There were 11 of us from grandchildren to grandparents with enough room for all of us. Location: In gated area, waking distance to 5th ave and beach. Amenities: Loved coming back to the pool where the family could cool down from all the walking and heat. It was nice that everyone had their own space but can come together in the living room area. Loved having a washer and dryer available. The housekeeper came daily and ensure we had everything we needed. Sol was able to accommodate us with groceries for our arrival which was appreciated. All and all we had a great experience and thank you for hosting us Sol. Our family made some wonderful memories.

Lovely house in a great location.

Sam, the owner, was at the property when we arrived - overseeing some last minute works on the house. He was most pleasant and helpful and showed us around the property and gave us tips on local services and restaurants. The dishwasher was out of order and waiting for a replacement part but Elli, the housekeeper. came in every day and washed up and cleaned. House was in great condition and I would not hesitate to go back again if the opportunity arose. Sam was also flexible with check-in/check-out arrangements to accommodate our flights times.

Playa del Carmen party of 11 stay

First, the location is perfection! Close to 5th, shopping and beach. Taxi service is readily available from the security gate. We had a party of 11 and had easy access to a taxi van that took all of us on some excursions. We did walk to the ferry and spent a day in Cozumel (scuba diving). The property manager answered all my questions quickly. We did use the chef service and food was excellent authentic Mexican. Loved Chef Eli (she shared her delicious chimichurri sauce recipe). We also had groceries delivered prior to our stay - so we arrived with COLD BEERS in our fridge! House had very spacious rooms! Plenty of towels and toiletries were made available. Pool was refreshing and cleaned daily. Closest beach did have some sea grass.....but we used the pool most days. Definitely a great find in Playa del Carmen! Thank you Sol for everything!

Beautiful & confortable house

The house is amazing, spotless, spacious and well located. We were a family of 7 and the house was very comfortable for everyone. The host arranged for a housekeeper that came to clean the house everyday (at the time that was agreed with the us the guests). Definitely a plus. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes and also 5 minutes to a reliable and safe taxi stand. We took taxis to the supermarket which was also 5 minutes by car. Also 5 minutes away were shops, restaurants and the famous 5th ave. The pick up point for all the tours that we did was also 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this house!

The house is beautiful and fully furnished to be able to relax and cook if you want to. The housekeeper Eli was amazing and was kind enough to cut out fruit up and made sure we had what we needed. Enjoyed our family vacation very much at casa foto! 10/10!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

There are just not enough words to describe how fantastic this house is! There were 6 adults and our 2 teenage grandsons. All of the bedrooms, with private bathrooms, were so wonderful for everyone. The swimming pool was our family meeting place, morning, noon and night. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer were well used. But the most wonderful thing about this house is the location in Playa Del Carmen. It is literally just a block from the beach, a block from the Cozumel ferry, a block from the mall, and all of the shopping you could hope for. Any restaurant is within walking distance or a short taxi ride. And the Playa Fase 1 taxi stand is just around the corner. If you need a taxi, to go anywhere, you just walk down there and make the reservation. Every time we needed a taxi, we just told them we were staying at Casa Foto, and they were there exactly at the time planned.Our first day, all of the ladies went to WalMart and stocked up on food for the week. For a wonderful beach, turn to the right, after you leave the house. We used the Playa taxi to get us back to the airport, that way we were assured that the taxi would be there to pick us up on time. This house is a definite must if you are staying in Playa Del Carmen.

Beautiful big house

We spent a week at Casa Foto celebrating my 70th Bday with my big family. There were nine of us We more than enough room. Everything was fantastic. The pool, giant bedrooms, full kitchen, palm trees, perfect location to beach and town. The house is huge, the A.C. works great. A house like this in the U.S. would be twice as much, so i believe you get mucho for your money.

Summer Vacation!

We really enjoyed the house the location was perfect! The house was very clean and big enough for our group of 11. The pool was amazing the kids enjoyed every bit of it. We will definitely be back to this beautiful home!

Casa Foto is a beautiful home in an amazing location! You can easily access the beach and restaurants/ nightlife all by foot. Sol is incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. 100% would recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Getaway

We just returned from our amazing family vacation as Casa Foto. This is the perfect location with only a couple minutes walk to 5th avenue and the beach. The house was very large and roomy and fit our group of 11 easily. The pool area was beautiful and perfect size the little ones. Our host, Sol, was very attentive to our needs and responded to any requests immediately. We would highly recommend this vacation property and we will be sure to return ourselves one day soon!.

Great house!

Great house in a safe neighborhood a short walk to the beach & downtown. Host was on call for anything we needed, and the house was well taken care of, clean, great pool, and plenty of space for our group.

A great place to stay near downtwon Playa Del Carmen

We have stayed at Casa Foto for 3 night in March. It is a very nice house in a great location. You are just a minute away from the beach and a few minutes walk from the start of the Playa del Carmen strip full of shops and restaurants. The house is pretty big with all the essentials. Towels and sheets were all clean, but a bit old. We had a plumbing issue in the downstairs' bathroom the morning after we arrived and they came and fixed it right away. I would say that the house might need some touchups to make it even better. But if you are mostly outside (like in our case) and care about being close to the downtown and in a nice neighborhood, I would totally recommend this place. The owner (John) is pretty nice and around if you have any concerns/ questions.

1 Bedroom Penthouse @ Xaman Ha

This is very nice ocean front property just south of the original ferry pier. Excellent beach with good access and nice pool area. Well groomed and maintained grounds, quiet, guest friendly with what appears to be many regulars. Convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. Has all you need for a nice stay. Also famiiar with 2 Bedroom loft penthouse and 4 bedroom Casa Foto. All nice properties in same area.
