Unit 602 in Maison Sur Mer has been completely remodeled and ready to invite you in the door with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean!



The living room has plenty of room for lounging with a 79” smart TV with a full lineup of channels as well as access to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The leather sectional sofa is incredibly comfortable, and you can watch the waves and TV at the same time!



The balcony, at more than 170 square feet, gives you plenty of room to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner as it faces southwest so you won’t be overheated by direct sun. The sunsets are amazing!



Spring and fall are very peaceful on the balcony with the sun setting lower in the sky – you will enjoy the full path of the sun to keep you toasty even on a chilly day. It’s perfect for reading a book and a cold beverage.



The chef’s kitchen has everything you might need - often coffee, tea, herbs, and spices. You are welcome to use anything that is available. The host has provided upscale dinnerware as well as casual dishes, plenty of glassware, stemware, and more to enjoy. The refrigerator has filtered water and an ice maker. There is also an air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, and a Ninja blender! A high chair is also provided for young ones.



Grill out that perfect cheeseburger in paradise at our on-site grill for dinner. The host has provided everything you need for grilling. There is a full size dining table in the dining area, as well as a breakfast nook dinette table.



The bar area also has a refrigerator for your favorite beverages as well as beautiful stemware, bar glasses to make your beverages all the more enjoyable.



The unit has two very spacious bedrooms, extra pillows, with ocean views and balcony access. The bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses along with pillows galore so you can choose your best fit for a dreamy night's sleep. There is 1 king bed in the first master suite, and the second master suite has two queen beds.



There are two full bathrooms - one located in the room with two queen beds which has a shower, and the other bathroom is also ensuite in King Suite which has a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience.



To help with your beach vacation, the host has provided beach chairs and an umbrella. Please take care of them so that all of our guests can use them!



There is an excellent outdoor pool deck, tiki bar (open in season), and direct beach access for you to enjoy!



Perfect for Birthdays! We have a "birthday box" and you are welcome to use any items in there. Please be careful and do not tape items to the wall paint.



Outdoor Dream:

Enjoy our oceanfront gorgeous pool deck with tiki bar and also our beach toys! We have bocce ball, a boogie board, sandcastle toys, and frisbee! Please wash off, dry, and return items to our home after use.



The host has also provided tennis rackets, badminton sets, kites, pickleball rackets, and telescope.



Poker "Bromance" Fun:

We have a poker game set for the perfect guy's and family's night in! There's also a Monopoly game for fun with the kids.



Unit 602 is has something you won’t find at any other condo on the coast. The floor to ceiling wall mural made completely out of shells and is ready for you to put your stamp on it with all the shells you need as well as glue and gloves!

Skip the lines! Guests can go directly to the property and start vacationing. No formal check-in or check-out required - just get your parking passes from the front desk.



**Important Information**

-Check-In is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out available (No Exceptions). Please reserve an extra night if you need to stay longer.

-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25. Proof of age required. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

-Non-Smoking Property. Smoking only allowed outdoors. No littering.

-No access to fitness center.

-NO Pets Allowed. Fine of $500 plus immediate eviction.

-2 Car Maximum, passes provided upon check-in.

-Unit is located on the 6th floor with elevator access.

-Parking Restrictions: No motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts allowed.

-Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

-Keurig and drip coffee makers in the unit.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
