The Space:

Upon entering the condo, you’ll find a Kitchenette for preparing small meals for family and friends. The dining table comfortably seats four, perfect for enjoying indoor meals. The living area features a double daybed that also functions as a cozy couch when not in use.



There is an additional sleeping area with a comfortable king-size bed. The adjoining ensuite bathroom offers a luxurious retreat, featuring a generous walk-in shower and a spacious vanity for all your essentials. The studio is accessed through sliding doors that provide ample lighting, and there are no extra windows within the space. Access to The Beach Club at Las Catalinas is $30/person, with $15 redeemable in consumables. The Beach Club includes:



- A 25-meter lap pool with four swim lanes

- An adult lounging pool and hot plunge pool

- Ample seating and comfortable lounge chairs

- A kids’ play pool

Note: An additional one-bedroom unit is available in the same villa. It is possible to rent this one-bedroom unit along with its neighboring unit to create a two-bedroom accommodation. Please note that the road leading to the property in Las Catalinas is currently undergoing significant temporary construction, which may cause delays and make access more challenging. We recommend allowing extra time for travel and appreciate your understanding during this improvement period. However, once you arrive at the home, you'll find that Las Catalinas offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including a mini grocery store, a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, a beach club, and a spa—all within easy reach.
