We Live on a beautiful piece of lakefront property just teeming with nature

The first thing you'll notice as you have drive up the dirt road is how OPEN everything is...

Plenty of fresh air, trees swaying in the breeze and plenty of options to fill your days.

Whether you're just passing through for a night, or Price's Bridge is your vacation destination for a week, month or more, we're excited to make you feel WELCOME.

Guest access
We own 12 acres here on Lake Murray, and you’re welcome to enjoy all of it.

We have marked out a few wonderful little walking trails which take you alongside the water, which are also great for fishing.

Many professional fishermen stay here!

There’s a fire pit in your back yard, and you can walk off your porch to the right or left and hit lake.
Other things to note
We have two wonderful dogs, chickens, ducks and probably a few cats.

The dogs love to bark a welcome when you arrive.

Bring good intentions and fear not.

We have SMALL children on premises.

If you’re bringing a child, rest assured we’re ready for it!

Since our dogs get along with most dogs, we let them run off leash.

If you bring a dog, note two things:

1. Sneaking animals onto our property won’t work.

We live here and we’ll know.

One of our “pillars of Success” is being cleaner than 99%

2. Each dog owner must pay a one-time additional fee of $30.

That goes entirely to cleaning.

We think this is more than fair for many reasons.

We could be pet-free, but we’re animal lovers, so, we bear the burden.
