We're lucky to have visited homes (and Airbnbs) all over the world, and know just what guests are looking for.

This desert oasis, features modern yet cozy touches throughout. The overall design reflects the perfect blend of organic modern, and California casual.

During your stay, we have curated the following for you and your guests to enjoy:
- Decor and features worthy of any design-admirer’s dream, including hand-picked furniture, artwork and statement pieces.

- Full access to the property’s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to its outdoor bbq/living/dining patio - all of which feature modern yet cozy touches.

- A shared pool and hot tub (just steps away), with idyllic views of the desert landscape.

- Quick accessibility to everything the greater Palm Springs area has to offer.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
This vacation rental is fully furnished with Smart TVs and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, stovetop espresso maker, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster and a blender big enough for your pitcher of margs'.

Kitchen:
Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. Some cooking supplies aren't guaranteed to be supplied such as oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For longer term guests, you'll need to replenish additional supplies.

Location:
Cathedral City is home to many fine resorts, dining options, shopping venues, art galleries and family-centered recreational facilities. Travelers say its hometown vibe, desert flora, and scenic golf courses continually draw them back while its festivals and special events make them want to stay.

Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

- Empire Polo Fields: 30-minutes.
- Old Town La Quinta: 30-minutes.

- Downtown Palm Springs: 12-minutes.
- LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic.

Guests have access to the entire condo, back and front patios.

The house is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the unit through your entire stay.

The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

We give space to our guests, but if there is an emergency we can send someone to the property.

Located in Desert Princess Country Club this meticulously maintained community boasts an immaculately groomed 27-hole championship golf course framed in the panoramic splendor of the San Jacinto mountain range. The Desert Princess Clubhouse is open to the public, with The Mountain View Grille, Lagos Café, and 35 swimming pools. The recreation and Fitness Center features state-of-the-art fitness and exercise equipment, seven US open tennis courts, basketball, racquetball, ten championship pickle-ball courts, two bocce-ball courts, and a full-service spa with sauna, hot tub and lap pool.

There are parking spaces just steps from the front door to the condo. A maximum of 2 cars are allowed.

Parking on the street is not allowed.

The community has gated security that you will have access to.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

-WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out is not available. Once the unit is ready for check-in, we will let you know.

-WILL I NEED TO MEET THE HOST TO GET A KEY?
The property has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

-DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean may be provided for an additional fee.

-IS THE POOL HEATED PRIVATE?
The pool/hot-tub are shared. However, the community has 35 pools for its residents. So you might have it all to yourselves!

-WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. The laundry room is also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
WELCOME! Let’s start with a few basics: How to stay like a local: There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink minutes away from your unit. That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay. 1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other neighbors. 2. No smoking (of any kind) ya feel me? 3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $150/day charge. 4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us! 5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to the Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions. 6. There are occupancy limits we must follow. Help us follow the rules! 7. We’re here to help. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us! 8. CANCELLATION. Here’s a rundown of our policy: • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email). 9. EXCESSIVE NOISE. We're is committed to respecting our neighbors and to promoting a peaceful, safe, memorable experience for all our guests. You agree to refrain from any activities that would disrupt the peace of neighboring properties. In other words, no excessive noise, smells, lights…you get it. Keep your stuff to yourself. You agree to comply with the property’s rules, including quiet hours, and to all local noise regulations. If law enforcement or the building staff are called because of the actions of you or your party, it’s at your sole risk and expense, and it may result in additional charges and/or immediate eviction without a refund for any unused nights. 10. FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: -Unauthorized Late Check Out : $50 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out. -Smoking in Room/Common Area: $500 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit -Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed. -Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item -Noise Complaints: Potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00 -Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to the unit.

We loved all the renovations! Amazing. The view is stunning. The condo is well equipped. Comfy beds and bedding. Wonderfully decorated. The included TV services (Netflix, etc) were an added bonus. Great proximity to pool and hot tub. We are excited to return!
