Nothing is better than stunning beach views from your own penthouse! Ariel Dunes I Penthouse 2402 is an amazing beach rental in Destin’s Miramar Beach. The penthouse is located high on the 24th floor, which means vacationers will enjoy unparalleled views of the glittering Gulf Coast right from the living room and breezy balcony. The condo features chic furnishings and décor, lavish living and sleeping accommodations, access to wonderful vacation amenities, and more. With four bedrooms, the unit can sleep up to 12 happy beachgoers.
A bright and sunlit great room welcomes you as you step into your paradise penthouse. The open floorplan connects the living room, bonus seating area, dining area, and kitchen into one relaxed gathering space. On one end of the room, two sets of sliding glass doors boast views of the Gulf and access to a covered balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs. From here, you can enjoy everything from casual drinks and conversation to extravagant home-cooked dinners, all while taking in the incredible coastal vistas.
Inside, the opulent living area provides an equally laid-back space to relax and hang out with your fellow vacationers. The living room includes a dove-gray wraparound couch, two armchairs centered around a plush rug, and a glass-topped drink table. The seating ensemble faces a large flatscreen TV mounted above an elegant black credenza. A second seating area is located on the other side of the couch. It features four leather bucket chairs surrounding a round drink table. Tile floors extend into the dining room and kitchen areas. The stylish dining room has a round table, two gray chairs, and white wraparound bench seating that is set against the kitchen bar. The kitchen provides ample room for serving appetizers, cooking meals, and mixing drinks. It has white cabinets, modern open shelving, stainless steel appliances, spacious counters, and a chic tiled backsplash.
In the primary suite, you will find a king-size bed that faces a set of sliding glass doors, which overlook the beach and access the private balcony. The room also includes an armchair, elegant décor, and a TV. In the private ensuite bath, there are two large vanities with spacious white cabinetry, as well as a luxury, glass-walled, walk-in shower. The remaining three guest bedrooms are equally well-appointed and cozy. The guest bedroom with a king-size bed has a laidback, natural vibe with a pale-green accent wall and darker green accent décor. It has its own private bath with a walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom has two queen-size beds and a wall-mounted TV. The final room is colorful and fun, featuring a twin-over-full bunk and a twin bed, along with a nautical accent wall, beachy décor, and a TV—great for the kids. The double queen guest room and bunkroom share access to a full hall bath.
As an Ariel Dunes I guest, you’ll also receive access to all the vacation amenities the condo complex has to offer. These include two refreshing swimming pools and an onsite fitness facility. The poolside Cabana Café is a great spot to enjoy live music and grab a snack, drink, or meal. In addition to the onsite amenities, the beach is less than a five-minute stroll from the property. You may also want to check out nearby entertainment hubs, including Seascape Resort for golf and tennis, Silver Sands Premium Outlets for discount shopping, or The Village of Baytowne Wharf for family-friendly fun.

*Four complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
