Sleeps 4, with fully equipped kitchen. Double bed in the bedroom and brand new futon in the living room. Roku TV for streaming. Fast Wi-Fi, 1 free parking space with the condo. Washer and dryer on site. Great for families. Walk and enjoy the 7-mile beach. Your home away from home just steps from the beach.

We loved our stay at the condo. We would definitely stay here again. It was so close to everything we wanted to do and you can walk right down to the beach!

Fantastic Stay

Apartment is very cozy and perfect for a small family. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the pier (5 minutes), stores, and restaurants. Off-street parking. Apartment was very clean. There is a fridge, stove, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, and toaster. We stopped at the Walmart to pick up groceries. There are plenty of plates although I picked up paper plates for quick clean up. The cabinets all had things in them so for future stays I would suggest consolidating things so that there is a place to put food in the cabinets. I knew we weren't going to eat dinner in the apartment so I didn't think to bring any seasonings. There were none in the house. Simple ones like salt and pepper would have been helpful. If you plan on cooking, make sure you bring some. The silverware needs some updating as well. There were only two smaller spoons and a couple large ones plus some forks. The bed was very comfortable. It felt like a full. The pull out couch was great for my girls. Thick mattress. Plenty of sheets and an extra blanket. There were bath towels and washcloths. The shower had great water pressure. The curtain however was very lightweight so we found ourselves fighting the cling when trying to shower. I would recommend some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and in the shower to hang washcloths and swim suits. The living room AC cools the apartment. Bring beach stuff with you from home. Julie was great and I highly recommend this rental!!

Perfect for what we needed!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely home! We had an amazing time at OOB! The location was absolutely perfect and I think one of the best parts about the condo. It was quiet yet only a stones throw from the Main Street. Everything was pretty comfortable aside from the pullout, which had a weird thing where the top half of the bed was elevated more than the feet. I also wish we had more towels. The condo was super clean though and it was the perfect amount of space. More often than not, we had to take lukewarm showers, but as expected and not unpleasant. Again, thank you!

Great little condo!

This property didn’t disappoint, it was in a great location only minutes away from the beach and the broad walk. Property was clean and the property managers were easy to get a hold of through my email when I had a question. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Small condo/ No live cable TV

We had a good time, bed was only a full size and was very small for my husband and I. According to the rental description it says it was a queen. Only tv was free Roku and no regular cable or sport channels available. So if your hubbys a sports fan you will have to go somewhere else to watch the games! Condo could really use updated, especially the flooring and carpet.

Cute and clean!

Nice clean little appartment five minutes walking from beach. Contained everything needed to make stay pleasant, even beach chairs and lobster claws. Host Julia always answered questions very quickly.

great communication with owners

the location was soo close to the pier, making it easy to walk to everything! Even with a bunch of rain, we were soo close that we could still make the best of it. Owners are friendly and easily reachable with any issues.

What a great stay

Loved how clean and so close to everything for us to walk to beach, shops, and dining. We enjoyed the little theme park also. Laundry on site as well. Communication was great and we all had a blast! Thank you

Charming Little Apartment

We had a great stay in this cute little apartment. The bed was cozy for my dad, and the couch slept great for me. While we were there the property was very quiet except for the railroad tracks nearby, but the train was not an issue for me. Everything was super clean, and communication with the host was really easy. Make sure to bring k-cups if you want to use to Keurig. The kitchen seems well stocked for those who would like to cook, but we didn’t utilize the kitchen much because of the event we were attending. There are stairs to get to the apartment and inside the apartment, but it was not a problem for us. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and other things to do (some were closed because it’s the off season), and we think it’s a great little spot.

Great time In Old Orchard

The property was exactly like the pictures, clean well maintain with all the amenities, good size bathroom, comfortable bed, A/C work perfectly, secured rental.. we had to contact Robyn twice for infos and she responded within 15 min , and came over for an extra key ( daughter ) ..I would come back No problem !! Thx you for given us a great little vacation , we were there 5 days ,02 /08/22..

Small but cozy. Had everything we needed.

Robyn was responsive when we had questions. Check in was easy. OOB is crowded in the summer. Location is a short drive to Portland. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
