The condo was absolutely stunning! The host let us know ahead of time everything that we needed like wifi, the combination lock, directions about the front gate. I will be coming back again for sure!

Great stay

The apartment was clean and tidy. Plenty of supplies of the necessities and cleaning items. Great view, quiet, secure neighborhood. Close to the beach and has a huge clean pool. The hostess was very responsive. Only negative point is the balcony door sticks and is hard to open and close. But we were still able to use the balcony.

Loved it. Owner’s availability very on point. View is everything very peaceful and romantic for a getaway. If you just want to spend time together or in family. Pool area very nice. Restaurants in area 2 to 3 mnts away absolutely delicious. I recommend and for sure will return❤️

Clean Modern with a beautiful view!

The condo is clean and has everything you need. The view is beautiful from the condo. The condo is gated and you can't get to the water. It has a nice big pool, laundry room on bottom floor, very close to many restaurants and ferries. The owner always responds whenever we had a question. We recommend the condo.

Construction throughout building 7AM

This condo was a good value for the price, but hammering and drilling from all sides made it difficult to enjoy my stay. Otherwise I would give this 4 stars.

Worst VRBO we have ever experienced. No directions on how to turn on the hot water, bathroom flooded which is not the first time by the looks of the door. No washcloths or hand towels no towels in kitchen. No oven or dishwasher only 3 spoons no blender or wine opener. No side or coffee tables in living room. Just not up to standards. Will not stay here again.

Beautiful view

The pictures really don’t do the view justice, watching the boats with the view of the islands and manatees swimming by was great. The communication with the host was good, she was responsive and helpful. it’s close to many of the area activities. A/C in bdrm and living room which isn’t common in Puerto Rico, you will want to make sure about that when booking rooms here. In order to enjoy the balcony and view you will need to turn off the A/C or the fans on the balcony blow hot air but the apartment holds its temp nicely so it’s a minor inconvenience. You will want to rent a car to get around the island, prepare yourself for the driving, it’s an adventure. The apartment isn’t fancy but it made for a comfortable stay, be aware that there are a couple of bars on the water with music on the weekends and it can get loud but not too late and its just part of the stay there.

Property had things that were not disclosed, 5 or 6 days into our room key didn't work and we were constantly needing different members to key us into the building or into pool area or to have access into any of the areas we where to have access to. (We spoke to the office manager to help up with maybe a spare key card or access but they said to contact the host) The host simply said she would communicate with guards and tell them to let us in and out. Our key didn't scan or work for the majority of the stayThe sliding doors where all stuck or off track, didn't have any cable access only Internet which was an ok connection. There was old food in the cabinets. We had to constantly mop the bathroom because the shower drain didn't drain properly so the water would constantly run out the shower wetting the whole floor.Things looked great in the VRBO photos but where not that way in person.The fold out couch that sleeps one was very stained and dirty, we had to buy our own comforter sets to place over the sofa bed mattress.The place was lacking a lot of basic maintenance and up keep.It had also had a lot of wear and tear in all the areas of the stay. It made us feel like no one cared for the place.
