Gorgeous ocean view condo
My family and I, including two teenagers, couldn't have been happier with this condo. The whole apartment was very clean, well maintained with what felt like new furniture and appliances. All 3 bedrooms were spacious and everyone loved having private bathrooms (which were huge, too.) Great kitchen and very comfortable furniture in sitting room. The deck was lovely with wide ocean views while also having the privacy of a maritime forest outcropping just outside. (I enjoyed bird watching.) We enjoyed many hours just relaxing and reading on the deck while taking in the view. Easy access to the beach with a nice area to rinse off or just sit and watch the ocean. The complex pool was really lovely and well maintained. While other families enjoyed it, it was never crowded and we had it to ourselves more than once. Elevator was handy as wete some luggage racks and grocery carts though we often took the stairs. Parking was easy and even in mid July the lot was never full. Location is great. Very quick drive to restaurants on Atlantic Beach but, being almost across from the Aquarium, was in an area that felt far less crowded and quiet. Only had one quick issue to reach out to property manager and they were extremely responsive, even after hours. We will definitely come.back.
