4/2/25: ANNUAL Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, & Repairs to our 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas. This process will require the TEMPORARY closure of the Pool/Jacuzzi deck (fenced areas) starting on Sunday, November 9th, 2025 @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will re-open on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 @ 7:00 a.m. (weather permitting)

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 28th Floor.

- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

The pictures of this condo are not at all accurate. This unit needs a major overhaul and is an obvious rental. It appears to have been furnished with garage sale furniture, the sofa was dirty, the walls beat up etc. Location and the view from the patio are all this unit had going for it. Won’t stay here again.

This property could us some deep cleaning and maintenance. There were stains on the pillows, place mat, and towels and the counters were not cleaned. The bathroom was very grungy and the flooring is coming apart. There is only one spoon in the kitchen and no dish cloths. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, location was great and check in was easy.

It was a super cute stay!

I really enjoyed staying here because the price was worth it and it was in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything! Definitely would stay again!

Great lanai and location

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. The kitchen has all the basic amenities and big fridge which was a plus. The lanai was nice and big with a great view, that’s why we chose this spot. Would stay again!

Location! Location! Location!

The room had gorgeous views and everything we needed! We were walking distance to the International Marketplace, great shopping and dining! It was convenient to have a store and a pool on the same floor in the building! We would do this again!

Smaller than I expected

The room was smaller than I thought but it was very well cleaned. The small drawer was very hard to open and hard to closed it. The metal on the bed is broken and not steady. The rug on the balcony is always folded because of the wind. One thing that I disappointed is the 2 waters on the fridge was expired. But, it was a good stay, near of everything. Walking distance to the Waikiki beach.

Would I stay here again? YES!

1. Would I stay here again? YES! The condo was just as described in the listing and reviews. It IS in a city so there’s city noise to be expected here and there. It’s an easy walk anywhere on Waikiki. The beach chairs and umbrella were convenient and useful. It isn’t new but the lanai more than made up for any other little age/wear related things!

Wonderful Place and Amazing Location

The property was amazing. You have a beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make meals and feel comfortable. The amenities were great (pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna) and there is even a small convenience store on the 6th floor. Would highly recommend if you want a studio retreat in Waikiki with good views, multiple amenities, and great location.

Nice location

Stay was fine. Lots to do around property location. Only thing I can complain about was the bathroom was tiny. If you’re over 6 ft like myself you have to do yoga in the shower to get your hair washed. Other than that the place was good.

Good stay

The place was good. for 1 or 2 people staying. the kitchen was small but it had everything you would need. I say the biggest downfall was the bathroom. the sliding doors were filthy. and it was really small and old. however, the view was great. and for the value you get overall my stay wasn't bad. oh and you get a really big fridge and good A/C which is a plus

The property is well located with good view and close to almost everything. It is clean and equipped with cooking pots, bowls and plates. We would like to give a five-star overall rating had it not been for the noisy air conditioner and the supply of only one set of towels for two guests. As we only stayed for three nights and had a lot of places to see, we did not contact the company for more and managed to use the one set of towels for the entire stay. We highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Waikiki with more flexibility.

A convenient place to stay for vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience is very good. A clean and well-equipped place with everything you need for a vacation - either eating outside, cooking for yourself, or taking a bus to major scenic spots, shopping or even going to the airport and cruise terminal (Pier 2 not 11). The view is good too with river, mountain and ocean all in sight. Our major dissatisfaction is that we (two guests) were given only one set of towels during the entire stay of 3 nights possibly due to oversight.

Overall is ok but need to replace the broken furniture in the lanai area. Need new paint and clean up would be better. Next door neighbor or top neighbor had loud music. Need iron and iron board. When call to management, did not get a call back. Will not stay next time.

Ok stay in downtown

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay within walking distance then this might be it. The building itself is old. Neighbors have VERY loud bass thumping music playing at all hours of the day/night. Complained to security however they couldn't verify/catch the issue while it was happening. Pool was closed 4 out of 5 days I was there which was disappointing. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place.

My stay Oct 4th-8th

Likes: very clean smaller unit perfect for 2 people, comfortable bed, large TV, small kitchen but full size refrigerator w freezer, WIFI a plus, i didnt use kitchen but adequately stocked w essentials including toaster, rice cooker and coffee maker. Hair dryer provided. Security officer desk right at main entrance and use of key fob to access elevator provides extra security. Front desk personnel very polite and extremely helpful they provide a seperate check in desk for rentals. Also accomodated my early check in. Biggest perk was additional outside assigned parking for 25.00/day definitely during check in (limited spots) small lot behind bldg but easy acess thru lobby and has motion detection lighting so always felt safe when coming in at night since i was staying alone. Overall quiet unit except for delivery and garbage truck in the morning and some ongoing construction in bldg next door, pool & hot tub (secure access w key fob) also saw sauna by laundry facility but did not use. Didnt use laundry but there are plenty of washers and dryers provided. Nice little convenience store on 6th floor. Dislikes: very small bathroom, also felt like i had no privacy on the deck because the unit next door had security camera on deck that detected my movement when near the railing on deck. Overall would recommend this property but next time may try one of the other units offered. First time using VRBO site. Very happy with check in information updates. 5 stars
