Welcome to Island Time, a brand new 4 bedroom luxury house situated on the beautiful Flamingo Bay beach! Island Time is one of 3 brand new homes that make up the "Stay Exuma" brand. www.stayexuma.com

As soon as you enter the house you will notice the amazing blue-sapphire water that is steps away. Put your bags down and get ready to enjoy one of the greatest vacations you will ever have.

Island Time offers two Ocean facing King Master suites, along with 2 additional King suites with bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with their own private bathroom. The two King Master suites offer a bathroom that will make you feel like you are in a luxurious spa!
Island Time offers breathtaking views from every angle with large sliding doors and windows that bring the outside in. No one feels left out of the conversation with the open floor plan. If you decide to eat in, you won’t be disappointed. This gourmet kitchen is fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you will find plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, and anything else needed to make yourself a delicious dinner. The oversized island makes it easy for prepping meals or enjoying a drink with family & friends. Enjoy sitting at the large island or have the whole family enjoy a meal at the dining table.
Take a step outside and enjoy all the outdoor living. The pool is large enough for the whole family, take a swim or just enjoy sitting on those lounge chairs on the tanning ledge. Relax under the covered porch or take a few more steps to the Gazebo where you could use a state of the art grill, pour your self a drink, or just sit and feel like you are on your own private island.
Take a stroll on the beautiful white sandy beach that encompass Flamingo Bay or feel free to enjoy the Clear Kayaks and paddle board that are provided.
This house surely will not disappoint!

Island Time is located just 15 minutes from Georgetown International Airport. If you are a golfer, you are only 5 minutes away from the award winning course at Sandals Emerald Bay.

Paul is an excellent host! We have been to a number of islands, best house we have stayed in. Perfect layout, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything needed. Heated pool was wonderful! Lovely views and just steps to the beautiful blue water. Enjoyed a meal prepared by chef Keva and delicious takeout from Bernie”s. For a great host and house experience, book Island Time!

WOW! Just wow! This place is amazing. Right from the beginning communication with Paul was so easy.He let us check in early and we were just blown away with how amazing the property is. It’s very well stocked with everything you need. But the view… Just amazing. Flamingo beach is beautiful and so quiet. The pool is an incredible temperature.Any problems we had, Patrick was there in minutes. I can’t praise this property enough. Our stay there was perfect.

We loved our stay at Island Time. The house was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked - great beds, tons of towels, and everything you need to cook. Paul was an amazing host with super-fast, helpful responses. The local vibe is relaxed and friendly, with grocery and liquor stores nearby and great food at Eva's. The heated pool and stunning views were unforgettable.Highly recommend booking with any of the Stay Exuma properties.TIP: Bring Deet for sand flies.

Everything was perfect! Paul was great to deal with and communication was great. House is stunning as well as the location. Management company was great. We were there during the superbowl and had trouble finding the game and eveyone was very attentive to helping us and Paul shared his log in information for a sports app that worked in Bahamas. Can't wait to return!!

Exceptional property, likely one of the best places we have stayed in the world! Wellstocked, great responses and service. House accommodated 9 people comfortably. Pool was warm, beach and snorkeling great. The details including things like branded stamped toiletpaper and branded welcome gifts were impressive. Patrick, the house manager and crew, were also great and very accommodating for a Christmas check-in. Hope to return again one day!

The owner of this property and the other two next to it is absolutely amazing, all the information I requested before the trip and during the trip, the property manager is also very responsive during the trip, the property exceed expectations and the house was equipped with many other things I wasn’t expecting. My wife and I picked island time as the place we wanted to spend 6 nights at with 3 other married couples to celebrate her birthday. Everyone who was with us are seasoned travelers and have been staying at places on the beaches for 30 years. Every single person agreed this was the nicest place anyone had ever stayed at! Paul and his teams attention to detail is unmatched. Every single time I emailed or texted Paul he responded within minutes. There wasn’t 1 thing that we needed and wasn’t already there. We were able to see sea turtles while standing on the pool deck. We had some miscommunication on an excursion that didn’t have anything to do with Paul and the night before the excursion it looked like we wouldn’t be able to go. When Paul heard this we heard back from the captain within 15 minutes and had a boat for our group for the whole day! This is how Paul and his crew operate. As far as the island is concerned there isn’t another island that has clearer more Beautiful water. The people there are very nice to the tourists. We would highly recommend staying at this or any of Paul’s properties. We will definitely be back! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Island Time was absolutely perfect in every way. The home was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and equipped—better than any other rental we’ve experienced, which made meals so easy and enjoyable. This is an absolutely beautiful home with an even more beautiful view! The house literally has everything you would need- coolers, towels, sunscreen, bug spray, double washer and dryer, etc. When we return (which we will) I will pack much lighter!

This house if perfect! The layout of the rooms was perfect for 4 couples. The pool and beach are amazing. The kitchen is so well stocked. The hosts were extremely responsive to any question we had. The island is absolutely beautiful and the people are amazing. Highly recommend this house and the island!

My husband and I love Exuma and decided to take our adult children this trip!Island Time is paradise - the home, the amenities and the views are amazing!The location is perfect - in fact we only left the property twice! Paul is a fantastic host. We were welcomed with 2 beautiful bottles of wine that we enjoyed that night on the patio! I cannot wait to return!

Everything was perfect

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The location is ideal with a perfect beach right off the pool. Beds were so comfy, bathrooms and kitchen luxurious, no detail was forgotten. We are definitely coming back. Paul was so helpful.
