Welcome to KPOW on the Beach, a brand new 5 bedroom luxury home situated on the beautiful Flamingo Bay beach! KPOW is one of 3 brand new homes that make up the "Stay Exuma" brand. www.stayexuma.com

As soon as you enter the house you will notice the amazing blue-sapphire water that is steps away. Put your bags down and get ready to enjoy one of the greatest vacations you will ever have.

KPOW on the Beach offers not one or two, but FOUR Ocean facing King Master suites, As well as a 5th bedroom with a king bed and a bunk bed. All rooms are equipped with their own private bathroom. The four King Master suites offer a bathroom that will make you feel like you are in a luxurious spa!

KPOW on the Beach offers breathtaking views from every angle with large sliding doors and windows that bring the outside in. All four King suites have their own sliding door that open to a shared deck. No one feels left out of the conversation with the open floor plan. If you decide to eat in, you won’t be disappointed. This gourmet kitchen is fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you will find plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, and anything else needed to make yourself a delicious dinner. The oversized island makes it easy for prepping meals or enjoying a drink with family & friends. Enjoy sitting at the large island or have the whole family enjoy a meal at the dining table.

Take a step outside and enjoy all the outdoor living. The pool is large enough for the whole family, take a swim or just enjoy sitting on the 8ft tanning ledge. Relax under the covered porch or take a few more steps to the Gazebo where you could use a state of the art grill, pour yourself a drink, or just sit and feel like you are on your own private island. In addition, the three King suites on the second floor will enjoy their own covered porch, a perfect spot to enjoy some coffee and watch the sun rise.

In all, KPOW on the Beach offers an additional 3,000 sq ft of outdoor living space.

Take a stroll on the 1.2 miles of beautiful white sandy beach that encompasses Flamingo Bay or feel free to enjoy the Clear Kayaks and paddle board that are provided.

KPOW is the most beautiful home! The house was clean, and had every amenity you’d ever need. The water view out back was gorgeous! Paul, was very responsive and helpful when we were planning our trip! The best vacation house we have ever stayed in!

We had a magical stay at KPOW on the beach in exuma. The property is amazing. The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some! The house manager met us on arrival and answered any questions and was available throughout our stay. The beach is gorgeous and outdoor eating, grill, and pool area are wonderful too. We cant wait to come back to KPOW

House was fabulous….very well stocked, steps from the beach with a beautiful pool area and outdoor kitchen. Perfect vacation for our family trip with 6 adults and 3 kids. There was a small glitch with one of the AC units…. The caretaker was there in 30 minutes with an HVAC tech and the unit was fixed in no time. We used Paul’s recommendation of chef Tevin who came to the house and cooked 2 dinners for us…delicious! Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home that is well stocked and makes for a fantastic week for a large group! Plenty of ice, dishes, laundry, pool floats… they thought of everything! Patrick was quick to respond when issues arise (and being on an island, issues do arise). We had a great week, thank you!!

We absolutely loved our recent stay at KPOW! This is a beautiful and very accommodating home that has all the amenities you can possibly think of! Our group was 3 families with some of our kids aged 14-25. There were things to do for everyone! The pool and beach are beautiful. There were pool floaties and beach chairs to use. The kitchen had all the gadgets you needed and we loved having Chef Keva come in and cook for us one evening. We wish we would have done this more as it was reasonable and the home had an atmosphere superior to the ambiance of any restaurant The bedrooms are huge and we loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers to use throughout the week. Very easy to get around in Exuma with your car rental. This is a very remote island with limited amenities. Also highly recommend a boat excursion or two. You cannot go to Exuma without seeing and experiencing the beautiful surrounding waters. We have been to many different islands in the Caribbean and this ranks at the top for the most beautiful water. If you are looking for a laid back, beautiful vacation KPOW and Exuma are the place for you!

Perfect for Family Fun

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water. The views from the master suites were breathtaking, especially from the balcony. We walked down the beach every morning, sunrise’s were amazing! The house is modern and stylish, and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this house!

Lovely property and the management was very attentive and responsive. Only issue was minor issue with AC upstairs - it was very warm. But overall a wonderful property and location!! All referrals were very helpful and friendly as well.

We had an incredible stay at KPOW on the beach! The house was brand new, very clean and beautifully designed. Amazing Stay

Paul was amazing, and his property is incredibly well maintained. I’m already planning to book again next year! The location is perfect—close to grocery stores, liquor stores, and the port where boat tours depart.His property manager was very responsive, and the locals on the island were all friendly and helpful.Exuma is definitely a place I’ll be visiting every year, and Paul’s three properties are top-notch. He also texted clear, detailed instructions on what to bring (and what not to), which made everything easier.A experience!

Luxury and Relaxation

This house was all about luxury and relaxation. The pool area was fantastic, with lounge chairs and a gazebo for shade. The house itself was so comfortable, with high-end furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. The stainless steel appliances were top-notch, and we loved the Bluetooth speakers for hanging at the pool. The view from the 2nd floor balcony is to die for! Great location for restaurants too! We will absolutely book this house again!

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. We were celebrating our brothers 60th birthday and this house was absolutely perfect. We loved the open floor plan of the main floor and when we wanted privacy, we all had our own bedrooms which were very large. There was plenty of room for all of us to soak up the sun outside, and if we wanted shade there was more than enough covered areas. The beach was perfect to walk and the water was so beautiful. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Perfect in every way

This house was absolutely amazing. The views, rooms, decorations, lighting, every little detail was beautiful. You won't be able to appreciate it all until you stay here. We have been going on a family vacation for 9 years now, and this house has ruined us. We have joked about future trips to other places needing to be "KPOW nice". We will 100% be back to this house.

Love Love Love

We loved every minute of our stay here! The house is right on the beach, literally just steps down. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have the most incredible view. Paul was so helpful and so quick to respond. The outdoor living area was perfect for us . The clear kayaks were so much fun, and we loved exploring the water. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I highly recommend this house!

Girls Trip

Girls Week! We stayed here with a group of girls, and it was perfect! This house is amazing, none of us wanted to leave! The house was so open, we could be hanging out in the kitchen, at the dining table, or in the family room and everyone felt included. Relaxing in the pool, walking the beach, coffee on the balcony with those views, and private chef’s were just some of the highlights. The late night girl talk with a few bottles of wine was priceless! We’ll definitely be back!

This is the most beautiful home, from the second you drive in the driveway! The home is fully furnished with top of the line everything, beautiful interior (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, family room/dining table), the back patio area/pool are a sight like no other! An amazing beach right at the back of the house! You can never get tired of those views! The owner was super responsive and the property managers were wonderful too! We will be coming back to this house for sure!!!!!! This is a first class home!

Best vacation yet!

We stayed at Island Time next door and had such a great time that we had to be one of the first in this bigger house with a bigger group as soon as it was ready. Just like last time Paul hooked us up with the van rentals, pre-arrival shopping, and private boat trip that picked us up at the house. This house is amazing and more over the top than next door with amazing finishes and everything you need which makes packing easier. The views are stunning especially from the second floor balcony. We will definitely be back to the island and rent from Paul again as soon as possible!

Birthday trip

I cannot say enough about this house. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. It definitely exceeded my expectations. We had a group of 11 adults and there was plenty of room for all. The house/pool was equipped with everything you would ever need. We used Charlene for pre arrival groceries. The house manager Patrick was also very receptive to anything we needed. The house is perfect, the view is better. This is truly a luxury property and would not hesitate to return!

Just about perfect

We were 3 couples, a single adult and 9 year old. KPOW was just about perfect. Paul was helpful before we booked and the listing was accurate. The home is high end with high end appliances and luxury finishes. The property manager was there to greet us as was the lady with our pre-ordered grocery supplies. The pool was very warm, the ocean was calm and great to kayak/paddleboard in. The island has great restaurants and everyone we encountered was very friendly. One day we did an amazing boat tour. KPOW is a truly wonderful, well designed and kept home for a holiday … we have traveled all over the world and this place ranks very, very high for us.
