Located in the Exclusive Resort Community of Emerald Bay (along with Grand Isle resort & Sandals/Beaches Resort). Enjoy unobstructed views of the crystal clear waters of Emerald Bay while floating in our private infinity edge pool.
A 2 minute walk down the golf cart path and you will find 23 North Grille, Sandy Toes Jerk Shack, and Palapa Restaurant (at grand isle resort). Salt Restobar is only a 3 minute drive.
Pamper yourself with a private Chef and be catered to in our Gourmet kitchen with beautiful indoor and outdoor dining options!
Our Great Room is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with it's 30 foot ceilings and beautiful crystal chandelier. Slide open the 20 foot doors to our breathtaking pool deck and you've created an indoor/outdoor space that is sure to impress anyone! Watch a movie or the game on our 85" smart TV.
SONOS Sound System - That's right... we have in-ceiling speakers and subwoofers throughout the great room, kitchen, dining room, and pool deck that are controlled by SONOS.

While on a family vacation in 2022 my wife and I along with our 4 kids fell in love with Exuma’s pristine waters. The rest is all history!! Family time is very important to us so the thought of waiting in line on vacation or being forced to wake up early and reserve those pool or beach chairs is simply exhausting. We like uncrowded ski slopes and beaches that feel private! As a guest of Vantage Point Exuma, our team will assist in planning your dream vacation and show you all of Exuma’s hidden secrets that our family has come to love!
