The Sandbar is a luxury beachfront villa located on the soft sands of Tar Bay Beach, just 8 minutes from Exuma International Airport. Located on approximately 4 km of pristine beach, the home offers an unforgettable setting of swaying palms, soft white sand and the legendary turquoise waters of Exuma.

The main house features four beautifully bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests. There are two oceanfront King bedrooms, as well as a King bedroom with a custom Murphy bunk bed, all with ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom features a King bed that can be converted into two Twins, offering flexibility for families and groups.

Just steps from the main house and beach is a spacious private beachfront cottage featuring a King bed, ensuite bathroom and panoramic ocean views.

At the heart of the home is the spectacular Great Room, with vaulted ceilings, whitewashed rafters and expansive windows and French doors overlooking the ocean. The open-concept layout was made for entertaining, with a beautifully equipped kitchen, a six-foot bar window connecting the kitchen to the outdoor living areas, and a custom round dining table seating 10.

Comfortable lounge seating, a cozy egg chair, games area and plenty of room to gather make this a space where everyone can be together. The Great Room opens onto an expansive oceanfront pool deck designed for effortless island living.

A covered alfresco dining and lounge area accommodates up to 12 guests, while the infinity pool features a tanning ledge with in-water loungers and additional poolside seating. A six-person hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water.

Just below, a deck lined with classic white Adirondack chairs invites you to sit back and experience what we like to call The Exuma Effect, that moment when you find yourself completely mesmerized by the colors and sounds of the turquoise sea.

The beach is only steps away. Grab a kayak or paddleboard and head out onto the water, float in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or simply settle into a chair with a cold drink and nowhere else you need to be.
