We very much want you to feel at home and able to fully relax in comfort in this gorgeous vacation home, ideal for families, couples and friends.
The home has been recently updated and there is a calm, comfortable, coastal feel throughout. Everywhere is light and bright and the high ceilings, fans and sliding glass doors completely open up to the patio area and pool deck, providing Florida indoor/outdoor living at its best.

The lanai is completely screened, the pool is heated (additional charge in the summer months), and there is a gas BBQ/grill for those outdoor chefs amongst you and outdoor dining for your ‘al fresco’ meals.
The yard is not fully fenced, like many Cape homes.

The house is spacious with an open concept living area. The living room has comfy couches, with views of the pool and a smart TV with all the popular streaming apps. The second living area boasts comfy couches (one sleeper sofa), large screen tv and lots of board games available to keep everyone entertained! The dining area is perfect for a sociable evening and the table seats 4.

The fully equipped kitchen, includes a breakfast bar and you will find all major appliances, as well as many small ones, including Keurig coffee machine, a toaster, an Isagenix Promixx blender for those healthy morning smoothies, and much more. The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days.

Through from the reception area is the bonus room, with a comfy full size futon where 2 can sleep. Enjoy your time relaxing and reading from the large selection of books available in this room.

The primary suite has a comfortable king-size bed, a smart TV, and private access to the patio. The en-suite bathroom has a large soaking tub, his and hers vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There is a hairdryer, along with a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner & body wash for your convenience.

On the opposite side of the living area are the 2 guest bedrooms and a full guest bathroom. Both guest rooms have queen size beds, and storage space for your clothes. They do not have TVs.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, a single vanity, hairdryer and basic toiletries for your use.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and basic supplies and leads through to the two car garage where you’ll find 2 adult bikes for your use. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler perfect for venturing out to one of the nearby beaches.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.
We can also provide a weekly cleaning service for an additional charge

Guests will have access to the entire house, pool area, and yard.
There is ample driveway parking space, and you are also welcome to use the garage to park.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

Located in one of the best areas of SW Cape Coral-great for morning walks or bike rides, before the sun gets too hot and it's time to head back to the pool!

You will be perfectly located to explore everything SW Florida has to offer. and are very close to Cape Harbor, where you'll find a great atmosphere, based around the marina and the restaurants there.

There are 3 public golf courses also within a short distance from the house and you are within easy reach of the shops and restaurants in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and a little further south you can explore the beaches and world class dining and shopping in Naples or Marco Island. Head north to Punta Gorda and take a day trip to the beautiful city of Sarasota.

A top tip - the Cape can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and waterways. It may help to know that 'Streets' and 'Terraces' run east to west, and 'Avenues', 'Places' and 'Courts' run north to south. When looking for an address, be sure to have it correct. SW 15th Terrace, is in a completely different place from SW 15th Avenue, for example.

Also be aware that Veterans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Myers with Cape Coral, are toll bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $4/car.

There is also a comprehensive Uber and Lyft network if you don't feel like driving.

Please note: the minimum booking age is 25 for this property.

Please inquire BEFORE booking about pets. We will consider small dogs under 40 lbs (no cats) but would like to know something about them first. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee.

The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas. During the months of December to April, the pool is heated. if you would like pool heat during May to November, there is a n additional charge of $15/day. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to organize this.

Please also be aware that the back yard is NOT fully fenced, so although the lanai is fully screened, it is visible from the neighborhood.
Minimum booking age is 25.

Pets. We will consider small dogs (no cats) under 40lbs but ONLY with approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking and tell us a little about your furry family member. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee. If we give permission for a furry guest, please ensure they stay off the furniture, beds and out of the pool.

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

The pool is a heated (during the months of December - April) and is serviced once a week, so please leave the gate door to the pool open. Please do not touch the pool controls and please notify us if there is an issue. Thank you for your understanding!

If your stay is during the months of May - November, there is an additional charge for pool heat of $15/day. If you would like to organize this, please let us know at the time of booking. Typically the pool temperature during the summer months is naturally pretty warm.

This home is a private residential community, and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm.

We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and at the property to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
