The open-concept common areas on the main floor provide a comfortable gathering area with mounted TV, spacious eat-in kitchen, wet bar, front porch with rocking chairs, and furnished screened back porch where the ebb and flow of the ocean sets the vibe to island time.

On the second floor is a TV den as well as a bi-level sundeck offering a peek-a-boo ocean view by day and amazing stargazing by night. In addition to covered parking, the ground level provides a shaded outdoor living space with chairs, hammock, smart TV, game area, grill, utility sink, and enclosed shower.

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. Leaving the driveway on Sundial Drive, head north 3 doors down and follow Chesterfield Lane one short block over to the beach boardwalk path.

CREEK ACCESS: A small public boat launch is just across the road, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this unique coastal community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as the tidal creek.
