This Beautiful Completely Renovated 1910 Bungalow sits in the High Demand Vacation Area of the North Beach. Just steps off of Flagler Avenue and two blocks to the Beach!

The owners were available and accessible. They reached out initially to establish a relationship. The home is very close to all the restaurants and stores on Flagler plus a 10 min walk to the beach. The home is comfortable and has plenty of space to rest and relax.

Excellent vacation home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the beachcomber resort over Memorial Day weekend. The host was fantastic and very accommodating. The home was pristine, super cutely decorated and had all of the amenities we needed and more! We will definitely be back!
My daughter and her friend had an amazing experience.

Beautiful property, wonderful host. This can not be beat. What's better than being on Flagler? Being ten steps off of Flagler. Private, yet still in the middle of everything. Not only is this surrounded by all the shops and restaurants you could ever need, you are right down the street from Grayce K. Barch Park. We will be coming back every chance we get.

Great Getaway

Debbie thought of everything. We loved the property. It was perfect for us and our two teenage girls (14 &16). We would have had enough room for each of them to bring a friend. Location was perfect! Close to the beach and Flagler avenue with tons of restaurants and shops. Will stay again!

Great location and nice place!

Art and Debbie’s place is perfect for a weekend away or a longer stay. The place had all we needed, was very clean, and was in an excellent location very close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We are looking forward to staying here again next time!

Great cabin and location

We enjoyed our stay at Laurel Mist. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for visiting the towns in the area, Debbie was such a gracious host. Check in and check out was very easy. If back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staycation

Our friends from California were coming for a visit and, while we live just 25 minutes away, we wanted to show them what a cool, hip place New Smyrna was - especially Flagler Avenue. They loved it and it was so fun being walking distance to all of the action and the beautiful beach. The house was so amazing - great indoor and outdoor space, with everything we needed for a memorable time. The hosts were in contact and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Beachcomber New Smyrna

Property was as described in the listing. The hosts were easy to communicate with and attentive regarding any needs and extras that we inquired about. Location is perfect for beach access and for shopping dining and forgetting your daily worries. We have saved this property as a favorite and on on returning in the future. Very pleased and satisfied with our choice.

Perfect weekend get away...

This was the perfect house and location for our stay. Everything that we wanted to do over the long weekend was accomplished by foot as everything was in walking distance. The house is even better than the photos. Looking forward to booking next year.

Great property & location!

The house was wonderful and exactly as advertised. The location is great and walking distance to everything around Flagler Avenue. It’s perfect for two couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Host was a pleasure and readily available. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Great cabin

The cabin was just as you see in the pictures. Debbie was very responsive to any questions and also provided some great information of the area and things to do. It was still a bit chilly in the mountains but it was beautiful and we would stay here again!

Peaceful!

Wonderful rental! The area is peaceful with plenty of attractions nearby. The cottage is well stocked, especially the kitchen! Very clean, spotless!

Wonderful

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The community offers so many amenities. Debbie & Art provide so many little extras that really made us feel that we were their guests not just renters. We would definitely stay here or at one of their other properties again.

Comfy and cozy

Very clean, nice furniture, good beds. Fully equipped kitchen and everything in good working order. Fabulous host! Two restaurants we really enjoyed were Tin Trout and Louisa’s Rock House.

Adorable and perfect

Absolutely loved this house, it was exactly what we expected and more! Just like the pictures showed and so welcoming and clean. The owner was so helpful and sweet, answered all questions quickly and detailed. I really hope to make this a house we visit yearly! It was perfect for our family and needs!

Christmas Beach Week

Such a cute house, perfect for our family! We were impressed with all of the amenities and “extras” available during our stay… beach gear, towels, toiletries, and basic pantry items in the kitchen. Everything was new and clean! We enjoyed grilling out and eating on the outdoor deck, and it was so great to be within walking distance of shops & restarants.
