Welcome to our stylish urban getaway nestled in the heart of tranquility and convenience. Escape to Austin's vibrant heart and experience the best of city living in this charming 2-BR, 2-BD retreat just minutes away from downtown and other major places. The home comes standard with a fully-stocked kitchen, well-appointed bedroom, washer & dryer, free parking & ultra-fast internet to accommodate you in the modern times.
Discounted rate for long term stay for travel nurses and other professionals.
The space
PRIME Location!

Just minutes away to major places:
Rainey St, 6th Street, South Congress, Austin airport, South by Southwest, Austin City Limits, Zilker Park, University of Texas, Longhorn Stadium, the Capital, and convention center are just a quick ride away.

Tons of biking and running trails, paddle boarding & rowing all around.

It's a semi-gated condo community with free parking.

Many restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores are nearby.

While designed for the comfort of up to 4 people, this home can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

Rates are quoted based on the number of persons in your group that YOU HAVE PROVIDED. People other than those in the Guest Party (counted in the booking process) may not be in the Condo or on the Property. Additional $25 per person per day will be charged.

***Queen air mattress and couch is designated for the 5th & 6th person (extra air mattress is only provided if book more than 4 people).
***Unit is on 2nd floor so no wheel chair access.

Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaned by excellent cleaners and up to CDC guidelines.

Condo rules:
We have neighbors downstairs. Please be respectful of them and adhere to the noise curfew (10 pm ct). You don't have to walk on eggshells but please be quiet and respect other people's homes & privacy.

Any violation will be directed at me. My neighbors have my number so will call me if there is a problem.

There are security cameras outside for enhanced security.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property, along with free parking on the premises.

We had an amazing stay at Brandon’s place in Austin! From start to finish, communication was excellent — Brandon was quick to respond and made everything super easy. The property’s location couldn’t be better — only about 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Austin. Highly recommend!

The apartment was updated and super clean. Great location for the track and if you're coming from the north, there is a toll road allowing you to bypass the Austin traffic.

Very Clean Apartment

The host was responsive and the check in/out process was simple. Nice, clean apartment with comfortable beds. The kitchen needs a few essentials such as hot pads and kitchen towels. We would have liked a couple more bath and hand towels, also. Our stay enjoyable.

Quick one-night stay

Needed a place to stay the night while in town for the Hans Zimmer concert and this place was nice and cozy. Our host, Brandon, was great with communication and accommodated us really well, even allowing us to check in early to help us prepare for our event. Nice place, would recommend. UT Graduation

We came in from Dallas for our daughter’s college graduation. The size of the unit was perfect, 2 bedroom/2 bath. The only critique I would have is offering more towels and to have wash cloths available.

Nice quiet place

Condo was in a nice quiet community with easy access to UT football stadium. We only stayed overnight but the rental was perfect for our quick overnight trip. Place was clean and worked well for two couples with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms split layout.

Comfortable and clean

My friend and I stayed here on our visit to Austin. The place is very comfortable and clean. It’s very easy to communicate with the host who is very kind. I’d definitely stay here again.

Clean and ideal location

This property was great for our short trip to Austin. It was very clean and the location was ideal for trips into the downtown and surrounding areas.The one comment I would make is that the gps location differs from the physical location. If you click on the “get directions” button your map will take you to the neighboring gated community. Instead you need to copy/paste the actual address from the managers check-in notes. Other than that this place was perfect for us!

Cozy and convenient

What a great space with two primary bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is so cute with more appliances and amenities than we used. It was a nice touch to find bottled water waiting for us, and coffee grounds by the percolator. We had no trouble at all coming or going. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were perfect pressure! We’d stay here again.

We were very pleased with accomodations. we felt comfortable right away and foubd it very comfortable and relaxing after alot of sight seeing. My wife and my friends wife both would have liked to have an additional towel for the bathroom. we also found we needed one more pan for cooking. This was easy to remedy by purchasing an addition small pan that we happily donated to the to the place. if we return to Austin, we would definately try stay here again. Bob Garcia

South Austin

We really enjoyed staying here!! The instructions (with video) on how to lock/unlock the door were easy to follow. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and a recliner/sofa in the living room that would probably be comfortable for two. It's described as a queen bed, but we didn't use it for sleeping. It was quite comfortable for watching the projection against the opposite wall. The location was safe, quiet, and clean and the perfect place to come home to after a day of sightseeing and entertainment. The host was so kind to provide us some water bottles and a perfectly supplied kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. If we were going to stay in Austin area again, we would definitely consider using this site again. Suggestions: consider if you are able to go up and down about 14 steps with luggage and if you are comfortable taking off your shoes indoors (we were). The a/c was set to 74 and we left it there. The ceiling fans kept the air circulating nicely. Only suggestions to host: maybe leave one extra garbage bag and ask the association to repair the loose railing at bottom of the stairs (not unsafe, but definitely separated from the wall).
