Turtle Retreat - 17 Orchard 5 BR New Construction - St. Simons Island

#17 Orchard Road is a brand new subdivision on St. Simons Island conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants & 2 miles to the beach. Walking into this retreat you’ll notice fresh upscale professional coastal design with comfort aimed at your family. The first floor Primary suite has a to-die-for soaker tub, office has a pull-out king platform bed, and and custom gourmet fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area and great room. Second Floor opens to 3 additional bedrooms and 2 baths. Back patio features fully fenced in yard, a table and lounge chairs and a propane grill. Nothing is better than morning coffee on the front porch glider!

This house is perfect for hosting 12 guests, but unfortunately gatherings of more than 12 are prohibited. There is a cleaning surcharge of $100 for parties over 6 simply reflective of the SSI community.

2 car garage is available, and parking outside of garage is strictly limited to 2.

A Dog under 50 lbs welcome!

My stay at this property started with the most convenient reservation process. Secondly, communication from property management system was almost intuitive and promptly providing me with pertinent information about my stay: answering where, when, how, who, and what. Third, the property itself was beautiful both inside and out. It was immaculately clean, decorated, and accommodating with everything necessary to make it an enjoyable and peaceful stay. I would most certainly consider it again! Thank You!

House was very clean and welcoming. Kitchen well stocked. All appliances were new and top of the line. Beds comfortable. Will definitely consider again.

This home is very spacious and comfortable and is in a great location. The beds and pillows were good and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, new, and pretty. This is very close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Everything about the home was wonderful. Beautifully decorated with ample seating. Rooms were very spacious especially the primary. Mattresses comfortable and ceiling fans in each room were clutch. Kitchen had plenty of amenities. Home was spotless. Easy parking and the location had easy access to everywhere. For a first time SSI visit, buy your drinking water. It is an island. SSI is gorgeous and I encourage everyone to rent this home.

Great place to stay!

Turtle Cottage was perfect! Great location, extremely well equipped kitchen, more than enough towels, beautiful decor, would definitely stay there again. St. Simon Island is delightful too.

Perfect Getaway

We had evacuated here from Hurricane Milton and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. We loved the island and will be back for sure. The house is beautiful in a very nice friendly neighborhood! The owner/management was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend 10/10 ! 🙂

Wonderful St. Simons House

We enjoyed our stay here at this wonderful home on St. Simons Island. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Spacious kitchen with everything you would need to cook or bake during your stay. The decor in the house was all new and so cute. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The owner made the checkin and check out so easy. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Great Beach House!!

We really enjoyed our stay this past week! Communication was extremely clear about everything that we needed for our stay. As someone who loves to cook, there was everything that we needed to prepare our meals, including spices! The house is very centrally located, extremely spacious, exactly what you would want for your stay on Saint Simons. We will definitely rent this house again the next time we return to the island.

Above and Beyond

We stayed while a hurricane passed nearby. Power was off for a few days but the owner was on top of things from the start. Communication was excellent and the owner and property manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. House is new, clean, and in a great location. Recommend 100%!

Migration

Stayed here on our way home from a month in Florida on a whim and we lucked out to find it available. We were delighted in every way. The property was as described and the photos were accurate. Kitchen was well stocked and the home was nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and the mid island location worked perfectly for us-only two miles to East Beach. Will stay here again and bring a houseful!

Beautiful House!

We met as a family to celebrate Thanksgiving since we haven't been together for a few years. There was plenty of room with 5 big comfortable bedrooms, 4 big bathrooms, and a laundry room! Plenty of towels. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Just a great place to get together.

Great St Simons Getaway at Turtle Cottage

Wow, I have only good things to say about both the house and the host. The host was super easy to work with. The house looks brand new, it even still smells new. It is very well decorated and has everything you could need. The listing photos are all accurate. It is across the street from a Starbucks and close to restaurants and bars. You can easily bike ride to the beach.

Beautiful Property!

We were in town for my nieces graduation. The description is on point! The home is beautiful and clean. The response from owner and management with a few questions were immediate. I loved having empty cabinets to put our food and supplies in so they weren’t strewn all over the counter tops. The location is great! We drove the short 7 minutes to the beach every day to walk. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!!!
