Perfect accommodation for our multigenerational family. The home is perfectly represented online and met our needs. Great location in Peter Bay with picturesque views.

Absolutely perfect!

This was the third time on the island but the first at this property. Nothing compares! The view, the heated pool, the gorgeous home and comfy beds and the location. Leaving was so so sad!!!

Great stay at Peters Bay

We had a great stay at the house. House was clean when we arrived, and had fantastic amenities and views. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies if you are a family that cooks (we try to avoid it at all costs!). Great location close to beaches. We did have a few issues with the local property manager as they did not provide the gate code, wifi code (Had to search for it), and one of the bedroom air conditioners was leaking starting Saturday and they did not come to fix it until Tuesday afternoon. Things happen especially with island homes so nothing against the homeowners as it is truly a great property. Just make sure to get good contact information from the property managers to fix any small issues that might occur.

Paradise found

This was our 3rd trip to St. John and 11 Peter Bay has set the bar for beauty inside and out, luxury, and stunning views. The owners and property management exceeded our expectations in both helping ahead of arrival with planning, and responding to any concerns or needs that arose during our stay. I want to stress that the owners were exceptionally committed to ensuring we had the best possible experience, and we did. If you have the chance, stay. You won’t want to leave, but you’ll surely want to return!

Great location, wonderful house

David and Joy were wonderful to work with both during the booking process and after arrival. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We hope to be back soon!

Another amazing stay!

This is our second year at this home and it was another fantastic experience. I was a little nervous because the house had been sold since we rented it the first time and I wasn’t sure if any things had changed. Nothing changed and it was just as wonderful with the new owners and management group. Julie and David are attentive, responsive and helpful. The house was in perfect condition. The house cleaners do an exceptional job. Our boys (5 and 8) loved catching lizards, swimming in the pool and being able to walk to the beach (which is very rare for St John!). We had 4 adults, 2 kids and more than enough room to spread out. I can’t recommend this home enough. It doesn’t get better than this.

Peter Bay House

From start to finish the process and house were perfect. By the end of our stay we felt like it was a family home. It is set up with everything you could need. The kitchen was fantastic. The pool with the great view was a dream. You could stay at the house without the need to go anywhere.
