Oceanfront Getaway in Marathon!

Enjoy your tropical getaway at this condo, within the gated, newly built, Ocean Isles Fishing Village, centrally located in the Florida Keys on Marathon. The unit is in a duplex located steps from the largest private pool on the island and the Atlantic Ocean, on the preferred east side of the complex. This luxurious retreat has one bedroom, 1½ bathrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. As you enter the condo you are greeted with an open floor plan, a comfortable sectional with queen sleeper sofa, smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit has a full- sized dishwasher and washer/dryer. The upper floor boasts a large bedroom with an en suite full bathroom, a king bed and pull-out twin sofa. Free covered parking spots directly underneath the condo, which can accommodate two vehicles. You can lounge by the large, elevated pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy the ocean breeze in the Tiki huts and cook your catch on the available gas grills. The complex also has a clubhouse and allows fishing from the docks and bulkheads which are equipped with fish cleaning stations. We also have a sister condo two doors down. The sister condo has 1 bedroom/2 bath in the adjacent building for those who need additional space for family, friends or fishing buddies.
There's one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There's a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.
