This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home sits right on the sand and offers outstanding views of the ocean, mountains, and the Channel Islands. This is a wonderful place for outdoor enthusiasts or those who love to relax. Take a stroll on the beach, or watch the children play on the shore from the exterior deck.
The home boasts a renovated gourmet kitchen with double islands, which overlooks the ocean and is open to the living / great room. This open space is flooded with natural light and offers plenty of dining space, a fireplace and sectional sofa, perfect for spending relaxing time. The spacious bedrooms and two expansive decks on both levels are also wonderful spaces to sit back and enjoy life.
Lounge outside on the deck, play in the waves on a surfboard or a boogie board, or watch the surfers and dolphins go by from inside the hot tub. If you're in the mood to dine or shop in Santa Barbara or Montecito, it's about a 10-15 minute excursion. The town of Carpinteria is less than 5 minutes away, and Ventura is about a 10-minute journey. This is truly the perfect place to unwind and create unforgettable memories.
