Enjoy our quiet, newly renovated first floor, beach and golf luxury condo located in Ocean Village, a private gated beachfront community, on south Hutchison Island in Fort Pierce, Florida. Our remodeled unit provides 1st floor access from our living room directly onto the community's private excutive 9-hole golf course on the 7th fairway. Our community provides over 3,500 feet of unspoiled beaches with 6 private beach entrances that are protected by beautiful dunes. This resort style community also offers heated pools, 10 lighted tennis courts, shuffle board courts, bocce ball, a basketball hoop, and a newly constructed fitness center with all new equipment. Construction of new pickleball courts is anticipated to be completely in 2025. Ping-pong tables are also available at our community's rec center.

Enjoy a meal or grab a drink at the Hutchinson Island Bar and Grill's new restaurant located in Ocean Village. Live music is often provided in the evenings.

Our private tiki bar and pool (residents and guests only) is scheduled to be completed the summer of 2025.

Daily activities and events, including the exercise class schedule, are listed on the community's private TV channel - Channel 901 for BlueStream Subscribers. Be sure to check it out daily.

Go fishing or take a stroll on the Fort Pierce Jetty - keep an eye out for the manatees and sea turtles that often swim next to the jetty! Restaurants, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, bars, and a small local grocery store are also located directly on island.

You can also find boat and jet ski rentals as well as short-term boat rental space within 5 minutes of our condo!

Quaint downtown Fort Pierce is a short drive away providing shopping and restaurants of all types. Be sure to visit The Downtown Farmers' Market of Fort Pierce on Saturday mornings to purchase anything from fresh seafood to local arts.
