Villa is located less than 1/2 mile from the beach. Great 4th of July stay for our party of 4. Walking distance to the office check in area and the Starbucks and ice cream shop. We had family staying in a different area, so we rented a golf cart which was convenient for getting around within the gates. The pool is within walking distance and was not crowded. The photos shown are old or not for this unit (in a good way). The unit had an upgraded kitchen, appliances and lots of beachy touches. Morning coffee on the back porch was relaxing. Everything was clean and the beds and couches were comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. They even helped us in a pinch when we locked ourselves out. I would recommend.

Great stay at Litchfield

Beautiful property- great location. Everything was wonderful! The Vrbo app was worthless when trying to communicate with the owner.

Loved the value for the price, the size of the villa, the furnishings that allowed us to spread out. Wasn't the unit pictured in the photo but worked out fine. Some confusion at check-in, unit wasn't ready at 4pm check-in time and they didn't have our paperwork completed from the day before, so we had to wait a while.
