For those wanting to visit the beach, we offer a few boogie boards, sand umbrella, cooler, sand toys, and folding chairs. We also have indoor board games.

GAME ROOM: Separate game room in the garage with combo table tennis, pool table, and air hockey table or play foosball on another table.

ABOUT THE ROOMS: We offer 2 adjustable queen size beds in two of our rooms and 2 full size bunk beds in our kids rooms. We also have a full size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom/living room has cable tv (kids rooms has a dvd - set up). Our outdoors pool area has a horseshoe couch with outdoor tv and 6 seated dining area with a lounge section inside the gated pool area. Our living room/dining area has a 6 seated table with sofa bed. *Pool heating is $70/consecutive days with a 2 day minimum.

This is a quiet neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors, no loud parties are allowed. Property offers privacy and backs to a landscape orchard with an electric tower and a charming short train that comes twice a week in the late mornings.
