DOWNTOWN LOCATION! Located just a few blocks from the Mystic river & drawbridge, this charming home is nestled in one of New England's popular waterside destinations. Enjoy short walking distance to the train station (Amtrak), downtown shops, and many awesome restaurants and bars - leave your car behind! Enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing and boating. Just down the road from the Mystic Seaport, Olde Mistick Village and the Mystic Aquarium. Includes private parking for two cars.

This cozy home was built in 1850 and has been updated with modern conveniences. We promise we will do everything possible to ensure you have a fantastic stay!

Each bedroom has a window AC unit as well as the living area downstairs for your comfort in the summer. An electric fireplace ads atmosphere and warmth to the central heat in the colder months.

Please note, the staircase has non-standard, short steps - please be careful as you go up and down the stairs!

A beautiful cozy home in a perfect location. It’s walkable to both the town of Mystic and the Mystic Seaport. The home had everything we needed for a week long stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Communication with the property manager was excellent!

Perfect girls getaway

This is a perfect place to get away for a wonderful weekend with friends. The house was clean, cozy, and accommodating for 7 of us. It was within walking distance of Downtown Mystic. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely home

The house was lovely and quaint in a good location walkable to all Mystic has to offer. It was as pictured and while small, it worked well for our family of 4 (two small kids and three adults). As noted the stairs are steep, but it was fine for our group. We would stay again!

Coastal Chic Perfection

A group of 6 of us stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was so perfect. The cutest decor and the beds were so comfortable. Super close to downtown so you don’t have to worry about driving downtown and trying to find parking in the summer. We loved hanging out on the front porch. The kitchen was fully stocked. I think the whole group wanted to move in by the end of the trip. The hosts were super responsive. 10/10 recommend!!

Mystic Pearl is a gem of a find in Mystic, CT. The location is superb. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood with walkable streets close to coffee shops and to the main shopping and dining district. As a family of 7 (ages 79 to 8 years old), everyone enjoyed our daily strolls. We felt safe letting our teenagers venture off on their own.The house is furnished comfortably. The bedrooms were adequate and had enough pillows and blankets to accommodate everyone's temperature preferences. The upstairs full bathroom was conveniently split toilet and shower together and sink was separate. The house does not have instantaneous hot water so we had to stagger showering. The bathroom supplies were fine though most of us brought our own personal toiletries. The first floor powder room was very useful for our large family. The kitchen was stocked as needed though we didn't cook during our stay. The refrigerator and appliances were modern and clean. We did laundry and dishes and found the supplies neatly labeled. We attended Easter Mass at St. Patrick's directly across the street. We were not bothered by the large crowds before and after Mass and parking was not an issue as the driveway fit our minivan with room to spare.The stairs. They were mentioned in other reviews and they are clearly noted in the house's description. They are short and narrow which can be an issue for the elderly or very young children but we navigated them without issue multiple times a day.
