**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.

*Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.

**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

***Trash Day: THURSDAY
Please help us on Wednesday evening to pull the trash bins to the curb.

***Street Sweeping: 2ND & 4TH FRIDAY

We hire professionals to Ozone Wash all linens and towels in our Airbnb for guests to use. Ozone Wash destroys spores, viruses, and bacteria and eliminates odors - meaning our laundry will be cleaner and fresher than traditional washing methods.

- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Turn off the lights/fans when you leave.
