3 Bedroom, 1.5 bath singlewide newly renovated. Also has an additional outside shower and large deck. Boat ramp access for boats, kayaks and jet skis. Walking distance to food store and Fresh Pond Hike/Bike trails. Short 1-mile drive to Bethany Beach. Across the street from Salt Pond Golf Course. Quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood with about 35 homes. Home Maximum 8 people.

Great space

Tastefully decorated, very nicely appointed kitchen with linens and towels plus soaps etc. Master bed was comfortable too. Would def return!

July 4th at the beach!

Though not fancy, the stay was comfortable and provided all we needed. Sheets and towels are provided, as are other amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels. My husband and myself were the primary residents- but my two adult daughters joined us for part of the time- each at separate times. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning cooled things down quickly during a hot week. The neighborhood was so convenient. The grocery store was within walking distance and it was easy to bike around the area. The beach trek took longer than usual because of the week (July 4). That’s not the fault of the property- just the result of vacationing with thousands of others. 😳 We didn’t boat or kayak- but the house is located near a dock-another nice bonus.

Short Bethany Beach Stay

We were down for just a couple of days to enjoy the beach. The property is clean, well maintained, and just a short drive to the beach. Nice and quiet place to relax when you're done having fun at the beach.

Easy and Clean experience.

Only stayed for one night as we were in town for a wedding, but the entire place was very clean and easy to check in/out. Highly recommend if staying in the Bethany Beach area!

Great, family-friendly place

Checkin was easy and owner was friendly and responsive. Our second year staying here and we enjoyed it just as much. Outdoor shower, clothes line, and washer/dryer are great features if you have kids. Definitely recommend it!

My 16 year old Princess loved the house as did her 2 besties who came to celebrate her 16th birthday

The location and neighborhood are great. The house is modern with new everything. I will try to rent this home annually. Mary Ellen communicates quickly and pleasantly. Thank you.

Wonderful in everyway

I visited with my husband and 2 teenage sons. Because of our location we were able to visit multiple beaches-Bethany, Fenwick-OCMD..and that as just a few. The neighbor was quiet and the Property was spacious enough for my teens to feel at home. Everything is wellmantined and clean...Also Mary Ellen was a gem to communicate with. I'm hoping we get to book again!

Great location for outside activities. One mile drive into Bethany Beach. Launch your boat or jetski each day in our private owned boat ramp, crab or fish in the canal, Golf at Salt Pond across the street, Shop at Hockers across the street. Ocean View Brewery down the street along with various restaurants. Take a Bike/Walk/Hike through Fresh Pond or two other trails within walking distance. Also convenient to West Avenue Playground/Park and Ocean View Marina.
