Beautiful Ocean Front condo! 3rd floor unit (so there is nobody above you) with amazing views of the Ocean, NASA Launches, courtyard, and Heated Pool (seasonally). ENTIRE PROPERTY (including parking lot) is non-smoking. main bedroom has an Ocean view, adjustable king size bed, in-suite full bath and private door to balcony. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with twin trundle. Foyer closet has 2 shade umbrellas, beach towels, 4 sand chairs, sand toys and kites.

Fastest wifi available. I changed my payment option for the availability of 3 payments.

The space
NASA Rocket Launches can be seen from this unit or from the beach. Third floor unit has nobody above you. Amazing ocean views. Nicely equipped kitchen. TV in bedrooms and living room, cable in master and living room, smart TV for streaming in second bedroom. sECOND BEDROOM ALSO HAS AN XBOX 360.

There is an AMAZING public park next door to the condo! swings, climbing structures.... Something for every age! Our pool has a grill, covered outdoor dining area, sun chairs with umbrellas, shuffleboard, and a PRIVATE gate to the beach and Ocean. 2 parking passes are Included for onsite parking.

Other things to note
NASA Rocket Launches and Space X Launches can be seen from this location! Visible from unit, but awesome to see from the beach!

The condo was just as pictured and we were very pleased. Beautiful property as well and we loved the pool area and the easy access to the beach! We felt safe and secure during our stay and have already talked about coming back soon! Our only issue was the security code changed mid week and we had to find the property manager to get the new code.

Fun family vacation

Lynn was a wonderful host. She communicated with us weeks in advance with local things to do and restaurant recommendations. The place was just like the photos and the view of the ocean was amazing. Inwould highly recommend.

We enjoyed our visit and will be booking it again in the future. This was the cleanest unit we have ever rented in all the many years of beach travel. Great communication with the owner. It looks to be renovated and is very comfortable.

Great location and host

We had a great time during our trip to NSB. The host was awesome, and the unit was clean. Great location, and there was a life guard at the beach when we were there. We walked to multiple restaurants for dinner while there.

Beautiful condo

My husband and I stayed here for a week and the condo was perfect for us. The beach was amazing. Lynn was great at answering any questions we had. The property was clean and everyone was friendly. We would highly recommend.

Family vacation 2024

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect, the condo owner, Lynn, checked on us on our arrival via text, making sure everything was ok. The grounds were pristine, as was the pool. A perfect place to vacation at NSB! There were many great restaurants to choose from, our favorite by far was “The Garlic”!

Wonderful!

Beautiful, quiet beachfront location and well maintained property with easy access to dining and shopping. The unit is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The host was fantastic to work with and was super responsive to our questions and inquiries. Highly recommend! 10/10

Great family get away!

Just one little hiccup on instructions to access the room, but owner was so fast to fix it. We had an amazing stay! Room was so fresh and ĺight with a beachy feel. View of the ocean was fantastic! Very clean. Amenities were family friendly. Beach was beautiful and no cars driving on the beach (a plus for us). We hope to come again someday. Thank you for having us!

Great Escape

First condo we have stayed at in Nsb where everything was just perfect! The beds were so comfortable, living room was spacious and accommodating for movie night, and the balcony was the perfect place for an afternoon nap. We loved it so much we booked again! Only recommendation is to have more trash bags, paper towels, and cookware items for cooking.

Excellent in every way!

This unit is well appointed and beautifully decorated and Lynn, the property owner, is an amazing host! We have rented numerous condos in NSB and this is one of our favorites. Lynn is an excellent communicator and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend renting this unit before it gets away!

Absolute perfection

This property was beautiful. The view couldn't be beat, the pool is immaculate, the beach is lovely, all in all this is a perfect spot. A few miles down the road are tons of touristy shops and plenty of restaurants. Lynn's condo is packed full of everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, even sunscreen! She is a perfect host and this is an wonderful place to stay. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Late winter get away

Went here for an end of winter break. The unit was very clean and it was as described. It was super easy to communicate with property owner Lynn. She was helpful in tips for restaurants, activities and especially space launch info. Unfortunately during our stay the stairs to beach were unusable due to storm damage, but we were able to go to beach from the next-door park. When you go enjoy local restaurants, farmer’s market on Saturdays, places like Smyrna Dunes and download the space launch app.

This condominium complex is the PERFECT location because it is on the NO DRIVE part of the beach which is so much safer for kids playing in the sand. The Point East condo complex scored a "Superior" for construction. It is VERY WELL maintained, The pool is heated seasonally, and there is an on-site property manager as well!!!!

My unit, #316, has a full ocean view. Nothing blocking your view from the patio to the beach!
