About this space
This 1,200 sq. ft. home has been lovingly renovated and elegantly furnished with a mid-century modern vibe. It is full of sunlight! Enter into the bright, open living room infused w/ sunshine from large windows and the skylights. Enjoy relaxing on the sofa while watching your favorite films on the 75" HDTV. There are hardwood floors, a custom kitchen with stainless appliances & a pristine bathroom. Walk up the stairs to a tranquil bedroom oasis with high end linens and a fantastic view.
The space
This elegantly designed home with 23' ceilings and designer furniture is an elevated oasis that is walking distance to Abbott Kinney, Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. The home offers elevated amenities, high end linens, bedding and decor. The house is an oasis of tranquility and the environment is safe and secure with an electric sliding garage door and absolute privacy. Secured parking is provided.

The guest will be enjoying the entire home and the outdoor space with shower, grill and beach sink.

Venice Beach is eclectic, funky, artsy and friendly. We love our neighborhood. The culinary scene is amazing and we love being able to walk or ride our bikes to Abbott Kinney, the beach or Main Street in minutes.

The Venice Mid-Century Modern Oasis is a quiet retreat, lovingly designed with a distinct mid-century modern vibe. The 1200 sq. ft. home is full of natural light with 28' ceilings and skylights. The oasis was formerly an artist's home that created massive bronze sculptures while his wife taught flamenco. This home has a beautiful, creative history.
