I've worn many hats along the way – I'm a devoted mother to two wonderful sons and a grandmother to five adorable kids. Professionally, I was a lawyer in Russia before my immigration, and now I'm a New York lawyer and hold certifications as a Mediator in both New York and Florida.
My love affair with Florida began 17 years ago when I purchased my first 2-bedroom condo in the beautiful LaPerla building. As my family continued to grow, so did our need for space, prompting us to move upstairs to the LaPerla penthouse.
I've made the heartfelt decision to share the joy of our oceanfront penthouse with others by offering it for rent, but with a special twist. Our penthouse is available for rental just twice a year during the most cherished holiday periods: Christmas and New Year holidays and Passover.
