We had a mini family here with 3 separate rooms. All the rooms were great! The staff was helpful friendly and personable. They gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. We saw a concert at the Hard Rock and did some shopping at Aventura Mall. Weather was perfect! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay in Miami! Thank you Karen!

This was our third stay at the Marenas as we love staying at this property due to its proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the fact you are right on the beach! Very convenient!! The Marenas staff are always friendly and helpful. Specific for this posting, our host Karen, was wonderful to work with. From first contact, Karen was very helpful and ultimately created a wonderful experience for our whole family. Thank you Karen!!

Overall terrific!

So many nice features, the balcony view being the top! Nice floor plan, we had both units, A & B, and it’s a vacation we’ll likely do again. Two minor items. 1) Living room chairs are extremely uncomfortable, apparently the same in all the building and not controlled by the owner. 2) Construction noise next door from 7:00am till 5:00pm was a slight nuisance.

Great place to stay in Miami with goodamenities.

We have stayed at Marenas in Sunny Isles and it never disappoint.s. The staff are very helpful and the they keep the place very clean. Kitchen needs more cooking items- cookie sheets, pyrexes, large bowls. The sofa needs some decorative pillows, unit could use a few prints on the walls.

Sunny Isles Beach Has Never Failed Me

I´ve have been a fan of Sunny Isles/Aventura for the last 30 years. The impressive amount of development since my first visit is amazing. This property has been around for a while and it is starting to show. The units need to be updated, especially considering the nightly rates after adding parking and resort fees. The carpeting was beat up. The furnishings look old and worn. The beds/mattresses were not very comfortable. With all that said, I would most likely pay the premium over and over again for the location, that wrap around balcony and ocean view.

Better than described!

This property was stunning with views of the ocean from every main room. This isn’t one of those properties that posts a pic with the camera zoomed in to show some water, it is on the beach. We fell asleep every night to the sounds of waves and woke up to suns rays lighting up our room. There were light blocking shades, but you will want to take advantage of every minute while at this property. The beach staff, housekeepers, wait staff and valet were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the ramp for valet. I personally found it awesome, but it gave my passengers a little panic attack.

Great property!

The resort was very nice, the restaurant was good and their expressos will definitely be missed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, lots of restaurant and a good halfway point between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The unit was nice, the view amazing! It did have some small issues but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. Our reservation was canceled because we didn't check-in right away so that was annoying. Apparently the landlord didn't let them know that we would be coming in early the next morning (red eye flight). Luckily we were able to reinstate the reservation.

Unit OK and clean

The unit was clean, but had had barely any utensils for cooking or eating. Had to buy tongs and dish towels, and there were only 4 forks. Be prepared to bring or buy a few things that you would expect to be there.

Beautiful views

Very nice condo with great balconies for watching the ocean. Good building and beach. Condo needs more attention: very little toilet paper, several lights burned out making bedrooms dark, appliance fronts smeared, toilet over flowed. Karen did not return our phonr call.

One heck of a view

Gorgeous view of ocean from large balcony off of main living room and master bedroom. A second, smaller balcony has city views. Very clean. Bar in the resort was a nice touch.

Beautiful beach / condo

Property was right on beach, condo had gorgeous views. Service on beach for chairs/umbrellas was perfect. Room was not ready at 3, didn’t get into room until 6:30 and wasn’t fully cleaned/laundry wasn’t done. Owner did let us have a late check out on last day to get our time back.

Great location! Awesome Beach!

Karen was good to work with. An issue arose with the specific unit we had rented, the clients in it would not be leaving prior to my arrival as they contracted Covid during their stay. She immediately contacted me, let me the know what was going on, her initial resolution was sub par, however following a little back and forth, we got to where I was satisfied with the resolution. The unit we stayed in was not the one I rented online, but was assured it was similar. Seems to have had all the features as described. Could have been a lot cleaner, used sheets on the pull out couch, totally unacceptable!! Housekeeping finally arrived after 30 mins - not ideal since it was 11:00PM after a long travel day! Housekeeping is only every 3 days, another thing that was not disclosed upfront... Beach was great, pool - not so much! If you’re a pool person vs beach person Las Marenas is not the place for you. Many great restaurants, a Publix, CVS & liquor store all within walking distance. In summary, we’d return to Las Marenas - hopefully avoiding the mess we encountered at the beginning.

Great time-very nice property

Karen is very easy to work with and responsive to my communications. Property is as advertised with beautiful views from the spacious balcony and a great floor plan allows privacy for two couples. Not the easiest access to local bars/restaurants (none within walking distance) but just ordered some groceries and made our own meals. Resort food/beverages are always very expensive, this was true at Marenas as well ($115+tip for three sandwich/five beers from poolside bar). All attendants at the resort were helpful and pleasant. Get out to the beach early as the sun drops behind the building at 2:00 (February)so you will have to move down the beach to catch some rays-you are not permitted to take the resort chairs past their property line so you will have to sit on towels/blankets. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other guests.

Absolutely Wonderful

We came to Miami for the college football national championship and after debating between a hotel and this property we absolutely made the right choice. The property was as advertised and was exactly what we were looking for, my son and His friend had the lockoff room and me and my wife had the other which gave us a lot of privacy. The kitchen. Allowed us to cook with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing, I slept to the waves crashing every night. We will definitely rebook if and when we return. Karen was amazing to work with and we have not one complaint. Best Eric

Best Beach Stay Ever!

First of all, the property was exactly as described. You are also seconds away from the beach, which was great! The condo comes with a great closet of beach toys and chairs that are in good condition. You can tell that everything is well taken care of in the condo. We loved coming back to the condo after a fun day on the beach! Everything worked well, the kitchen was stocked, and the beds were comfy! We will be coming back every year and have told all of our friends and family about the rental. The rental property manager was wonderful to work with as well! We loved it!!!

Fantastic Property!

This is one of my favorite Vrbo rentals I’ve ever stayed in. It includes a fantastic and homey kitchen and family room, 2 bedrooms width full bathrooms, and additional full bathroom. It worked out spectacularly for myself and my 2 best girlfriends. The views took our breath away as soon as we arrived. Everything you need is furnished in this property. Everything you would need outside is also available. It felt very spacious. Karen is awesome and responsive with suggestions for the local area. This is a property not to be missed. We felt at home and also bowled over by the views. This is a property I will absolutely book again and again. It’s fantastic for any group. Thank you, Karen!

Amazing views

Overall this was a 5 star across the board. Location and property were incredible. The condo itself was amazing, with a responsive host as well. Wrap-around balconies and views that were breathtaking. Every night we would go to sleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the sun and ocean views. Beach area and service were great and the gym/sauna was convenient and everything for a nice workout. The area is low key with a ton of great restaurants and shopping close by. We plan on returning soon!
