Fantastic property and stay

The unit amazing and exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything worked and was really clean, has a killer view from the deck and the hot tub is awesome too. Easy walk to both pools and the slides and Ivins/Santa Clara is an awesome area. So much to do and explore. The check in process was so easy and I didn’t have to ask for the details etc. Everything was communicated by text and or phone if needed.

Perfect home!

This house fit our needs perfectly. Super clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfy. The neighborhood pools were great, our teens preferred the big pools to the other one with the water slide, but I think that's because of their age. The hot tub on the deck had a fabulous view of snow canyon, and the water was clean and clear. We had fun playing NBA jam and foosball upstairs and enjoyed dinner around back patio the fire pit on the cooler evenings. Red Sands Management had excellent communication, much better than other companies we've used before. We would definitely stay again!

The icemaker didn't work nor did the garage door opener. They said they would send someone out for the garage door but never did. The house had wrappers and food when we checked in which was gross since it was supposed to be cleaned. It overall was what the pictures showed as far as bedrooms and layout, but the property was dirty and missing kitchen tools. They didn't have pool towels which we had to call for. You could tell it was a used rental home with stains and wear and tear. I just expected it to be cleaned more and not have wrappers and trash. The grill wasn't cleaned and had a little grease fire from others using it. It needs attention or a little more maintenance.

Wonderful and Relaxing

Clean and tidy home well decorated with fun amenities such as spa, fooseball, ping pong, and retro style video games for the kids. Pool is just a minute walk away steps from front door. Overall a perfect getaway. This is the second time we've come to Paradise Village at Zion, and it's a wonderful place for a family retreat.

Comfortable stay!

We had our first annual family reunion since our youngest graduated high school. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms which made it so comfortable and cozy for those needing their quiet time. Kitchen and living space was perfect for our family to gather and eat. Lots of things to do including the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts that we had fun with. We had a great time!!

So fun!

We always enjoy coming down and swimming. The house could really use a deep clean(rugs and such were pretty yucky and our feet turned black walking around) but we had a great time!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! Love all the room. Bathrooms with showers in each room. It was perfect for our family. We met some of our grown children with their spouses and grand baby there. Plus we still have 4 at home. This house was the perfect set up for us. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

Almost everything was great. The house was comfortable, the master bedroom mattress is fantastic. Water pressure is decent. I did not like how the front entry window does not have any privacy. Anytime the neighbors passed by they would look right in and it made my children feel uncomfortable. The can openers are both rusty so we had to go out and buy our own and some of the cooking pans need to be replaced if you don't want cancer. The house could definitely use a deep clean. The carpet, the furniture, the headboards, everything needs to be vacuumed and polished. Lots of stains. Also, our passcode stopped working on Friday and we were stuck in the rain, thunder, and lightning standing out in front of the home while I had to call your customer service.

Very Good

Good morning, We loved the property that we stayed in and will be back. We did want to provide a little feedback. The shower in the room upstairs with the queen bed has little water pressure. It was hard to get the shampoo out of your hair. Also, the queen bed is not comfortable. It caves in the middle and is small for two people to sleep on. The home was clean. In the picture, it shows that you had bikes to use in the garage. That would have been a great option to use for the bike paths near by. Also, we didn't realize you didn't supply equipment for the pickleball courts and volleyball it would have been nice to have equipment. Thank you

Great Home / Great Views / Awesome weekend Get A Way

Our family generally does the hotel scenario when we visit St. George, but this time we wanted to try something different, so we tried Paradise Village. Great little vacation rental community. The Pools were great, and although it was still a little chilly, our kids loved the pools and the kids cove area. The Unit itself was great. It allowed our family plenty of space and room to gather for games at night or space to take a nap. Very impressed with the unit; our kids haven't stopped talking about it since we left. My only complaint is that we didn't book it longer. RedSands was great to work with; there was some slight confusion on checkin and they were gracious enough to let us checkin 30 minutes early. We had a roku TV remote issue and they quickly brought a new remote to make our stay more enjoyable. We are already looking at return dates to visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location for Tuacahn! Nice house with lots of space! Enjoyed the pools and private hot tub. Will stay here again and would definitely recommend however it is important to know a few things. First, there are no spices or seasonings (outside of salt and pepper) and no condiments what so ever. So please bring what you need or plan on buying them at Harmons. The cleaning crew was still at the house when we showed up at check in, which wasn’t a problem until we went to bed the first night and every bed had moist sheets. When we asked if their was any extra toilet paper, we were denied. With that said, we had a fantastic time, enjoyed the home and amenities.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed 4 years in a row and this was the first year that the lazy River as murky and smelled and our bathing suits and towels smelled even once they were dry. The splash are and other pool were not an issue.As well the carpet was dirty and left our feet black. The grout was black but under the rugs it is a cream color. The house cleaning crew and steaming carpets and tile have not been maintained properly. We called and made a complaint and they said they clean the house twice a year but was not sure when the last maintenance had been done on that specific house.

The home was not clean, hair from previous tenants throughout the house, ants, and dirt as well. The hot tub was not clean, the water was green and smelt terrible. When we asked for it to be cleaned it took them 3 days to do so. We checked out shortly after. They advertised bikes, there were no bikes and when asked about them they never responded. We have stayed at Paradise Village before but we used Red Sands and we will be going back to them.

Good place for the family; aunts and ants

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good size for accommodating 12, and can fit a couple more on couch sofa. Nice kitchen and large round dining table. Functional layout in a nice resort with pools and water features. Ample bathrooms, nice bedrooms with closets. The metal bunks are a bit squeaky, so be aware if you have kids who are light sleepers. Has foosball, ping-pong, as well as video games. Private hot tub was well chlorinated but could have used a cleaning since the filter screen had some debris. Family liked it... and apparently so do the ants. It’s a great location adjacent to a park, so ants found their way to the home. They were in a couple of the bathrooms, but thankfully not in the kitchen. The park has pickleball courts and room for kids to run around. Nice natural gas fireplace outside, and covered porch with natural gas grill are good to have so we didn’t have to worry about propane running out. A few minor things could use repairs, such as vertical blinds that were not closable in the family room upstairs, and a leak from the deck into the garage ceiling when it rained. Overall it was good- not the best in every possible way, but we had a decent stay.
