Garbage trucks do not enter the Midnight Cove property at 5:30 AM. Garbage pick-up is staged just beyond the front security gate in front of the tennis courts. Midnight Cove maintenance men move the garbage dumpsters and recycle carts to the area in front of the tennis courts for the garbage truck to pick-up and that is as far as garbage trucks enter onto the Midnight Cove property, and the maintenance men do not start work until 8:00 AM.

Like all guests, this guest received a detailed 19 page Arrival & Departure Information e-mail on the unit and the Midnight Cove properties on Jan 20th, well in advance of the guest's arrival date with a section labelled "What You Should Bring" listing 14 items to bring, paper towels being on the list, also bath soap (upon arrival, one small bar is provided in each bathroom), and garbage bags (upon arrival, one is provided in garbage pail), so this guest was informed regardless of any expectations. The queen sheets do not require an upgrade, as during departure cleanings, cleaners tend to remove linens off beds, wash, dry, and then place the same linens back on the beds, not rotating the linen inventory. There is an adequate supply of linens in the linen closet in the master bedroom, which was last inventoried in January 2019, with linen and towel discards and replacements made, as done each and every year. My wife and I occupied the unit from January 11th to February 15th 2019, and detected no musty odor, nor did the 46 reviews since July 2011 that are listed on the unit web-site make any mention of such an odor. The water that comes out of the Midnight Cove sprinklers in the late evenings however, does have such an odor.

Negative, as linen closet was inventoried, and new bed linens, and towels were added to unit inventory during property owner's stay from Jan 4th to Feb 14th 2020.

I don't know what the exact purpose of this guest review was 2 1/2 weeks after departure, but the accommodation of personal bed comfort preferences that varies person to person, is not possible, and it has always been my belief that mattress comfort preferences are plainly irrelevant in any vacation property review, as some prefer plush, some prefer medium, and others prefer firm mattresses. Rental statistics however do speak for themselves. Since the unit was purchased in July of 2011, there have been 162 guests prior to this guest arriving, 46% returning guests, with 38 guest reviews submitted, 26-5* reviews, 11-4* reviews, and 1-3* review (all available for view as submitted by guests on the unit web site), and with only 1 single previous complaint about mattresses comfort. This guest failed to mention the only reported problem that this party of two had. They locked themselves out of the unit on the second last evening of their stay, and I responded to them within 45 minutes after they sent me an e-mail to give them access to the lock box on the door frame to obtain a key, also critical of the fact that 2 keys were supplied, and both were left in the unit.
