Walk in and be immediately welcomed by the ocean. Just to the right is the kitchen, which has been updated and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinetry. The dining room table seats six, as well as a breakfast bar with three stools. The living room has plenty of seating to relax and admire the view from inside or outside on the patio. 45" Samsung Smart TV in Living Room. 40" Smart TV's in each of the bedrooms. (Please know that you will need to use you own accounts for streaming networks, ie, Netflix) … Board Games for Families, Keurig & Mr. Coffee Drip Coffee Maker, Blender for Frozen Drinks or Shakes, Ice Maker.

The primary bedroom consists of a King Bed. The guest bedroom consists of Two Queen Beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

The beach is just a short trip down the elevator!

If more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so it can be prepared for you. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle.

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dryer - you will have 2 pods used for Washing
- This unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED - HOA RULE
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Rental guests must be 25 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
