BISBEE WEEK Black/Blue marlin tourn-on beach 2 bdrm condo.In the heart of CABO!

Born and raised in Alaska, I have my main business in Alaska, a fishing lodge turned wedding venue so I live in two places going back and forth quite a bit from Alaska to Arizona in the winters. I come from a big crazy family. Have 3 children of my own from my late husband, who was a die-hard fly-fisherman and had 3 world records on fly lines with marlin. My late husband was an orthopedic surgeon in Arizona, who had a lung transplant in 2015 and passed from liver failure 6 years later. We are a dog loving family and have a few huskies and 2 little yapper chihuahuas.

The location of this property is so awesome right next to the heart of downtown Cabo, allowing for a perfect walk on the marina into the shops and restaurants that Cabo has to offer. Playa Grande is so safe and has security gates and body guards all over the place. Then the condo is up on The Ridge which is even safer because you have to have key to even get up the elevator to access where your condo is and the pools and restaurants exclusive to the owners on The Ridge.

The Ridge at Playa Grande is unique in that it is located at the end of the peninsula and it situated so that you can actually see both sides of the peninsula because you can see the beach on one side but turn around and see the marina on the other side. The beach has insane waves crashing down hard and its a beautiful sight. Our unit has a wrap around porch because we are at the end of the hall with a much larger entry way and foyer into our unit. Both bedrooms have a huge bathtub jacuzzi and there is another full bathroom off the living room. We can sleep so many people there with the Murphy bed and pull out sofa as well as the other couch! The view from our porch is so amazing. In the day, you can watch all of the boats as well as Medano beach over by "The Office." And then in the night time, you get the coolest view of the Cabo city lights and a lot of times fireworks. It's an amazing property and we absolutely love going there!
